  I hired zthomas Family Plumbing to come out and take a meter across the inside of my floors for a mosture report..that was never done. Cezar came to my home and later begun to insult my former husband and the Dad of my Son. I must say right now I liked your tech guy Ian but I never want Cezar in my home again. He laughed at my former husbands small size and the toe of his shoe cut off. He is old and ill , but it went to death ears.

  I have always been happy with Thompson’s service. The installation of my water heater and replacement of my septic tank was the biggest job so far. Cesar Molina and his crew did an excellent job. They were prompt, efficient, and polite. The entire job was completed in a timely manner and the cleanup was completed to my absolute satisfaction.   Cesar,Juan,Jess,Fabian renewed my faith in the industry, of which I personally understand to a degree. The plumbing reinstall,was noted to be pricey, but I understand replumbs and hard work done professionally, timely, and seamlessly. My suggestion for the entire industry that has evolved since the early 1900s,really since the Roman's, needs to address the drywall work up repairs and architectural designs for new track home development. A referral was given, but you guys could make that apart of the initial work up. Look forward to future maintenance Bill and Barbara(Mom)

  Felt like a scam. I called them for a leak in the cooper line which our drywaller had already exposed. Instead of sending a plumber they sent a salesman trying to up sale me. Very disappointed. Now they want an $80 dispatch for a salesman. I agreed to have a plumber dispatched. They wanted $1246 to fix a drip leak in a 1” cooper line.

  Ian was the plumbing technician who came out to my home. He listened attentively as I described the issue I was having with my home's plumbing. He was very thorough and knowledgeable about the issue and resolved it in a professional and timely manner. Throughout the service call, Ian was friendly and courteous. This was my first time using Thompson Family Plumbing, and based on this positive experience, I will definitely be using Thompson Family Plumbing for all my future plumbing needs.
