- JMjulia moseleyApr 14, 20261.0Another poorly planned community. The traffic trying to get in and out of the area is already terrible. They are throwing these things up like paper houses so like every other tract home you know they are cheaply built. They did not build any new roads in or out so everyone is stuck with ranchero road, hesperia rd or the 138 to get out. If you buy, plan on sitting in stop and go traffic any time you want to leave your community. Also check out the class action lawsuits this builder has currently. Appears their homes are poorly constructed with plumbing defects.

Terrible customer service and borderline refusal to work with me as a buyer defined every interaction. I dealt with multiple rude agents and witnessed consistent unprofessionalism. They presented paperwork with conflicting information, a clear sign of disorganization. During one property walk-through, the agent simply opened the door and left me there. I've never encountered such a poor sales experience.
