I called Star Rooter to fix a leaking gas pipe in my condo complex. Josh was quick to respond and came up with a solution that avoided us having to dig up an underground pipe. He kept me updated throughout the process and prepped the gas line for PG&E.

Josh and his crew did an excellent job replacing about 50 feet of our sewer lateral. They arrived on time, completed the entire project in one day, and did a great job restoring everything that needed to be opened up, including the street and concrete. Their pricing was very competitive, and they handled the permits and coordination for the project, which made the whole process much easier for us. The entire crew was professional, respectful, and easy to work with. A special thank you to Josh — he is a super awesome guy to work with. He was responsive, communicated clearly, followed up throughout the project, and made sure everything was taken care of from start to finish. We’re very happy with the work and would definitely recommend Star Rooter & Plumbing. Huge thanks again to Josh and his crew!

I called Freddy for a real estate client that had a complicated sewer lateral and he got back to me same day. Was such a pleasure to deal with. Professional, fair, on time. He and his team went above and beyond for my clients and I. I am so glad I found them. They are solid people.

I found Josh through my Contractor to do my waterline and sewer line replacement. He also ended up doing my water heater replacement. Josh is very easy to work with and is very prompt in communicating. He will let you know the status of your project and keeps you in the loop. I also found him very approachable to talk to and he takes the time to explain everything he’s doing. I totally recommend him and his services at Star Rooter.
