  I had the pleasure of working with James Nilsen the Design Pro for guiding me through the process of selecting a new Garage Door. James provided excellent service throughout our entire consultation as he was professional, patient, detail oriented, friendly, and took the time to fully address all my questions and concerns without any pressure whatsoever. I felt confident and comfortable throughout the whole time prior to making a final decision with all of my additional questions/communication, James truly excelled on outstanding Customer Service satisfaction. Upon purchasing my new Garage Door, I needed some repair with our existing Garage Door until our new one arrived. James booked a Master technician named Jesse Trujillo, who did an outstanding job/repair on our existing Garage Door. Jesse was also professional, friendly, cool vibes, and performed an amazing service to get the Garage Door fully functioning again until we receive our new door in about a month or so. We’ve had other technicians try to repair in the past, but Jesse truly excelled doing it the right way. Highly recommended as I found Right Way Garage Door Service’s through Costco as I am very pleased and satisfied so far with the overall quality of Customer Service.

  Trenton called 20 minutes before he arrived to let us know when the service would occur. Trenton and his trainee Sam were very professional and thorough. They fully repaired my garage door and it now works like new - better than it ever has during the past 26 years. I highly recommend!

  A roll up garage door spring broke yesterday and Right Way was able to schedule and replace it today. Conner was very helpful and explained everything about the service required and the associated costs. He was very quick in his repair.

  This is an overdue review of my experience with Right Way Garage Doors. I recently installed a brand new Garage door with all new tracks and opener. My experience started with Corey from the sales team and he not only gave me a great deal but was extremely responsive to all my questions and concerns. Amazing experience from Corey. However, there were a few minor issues with the door itself, but when I spoke with Marina, a supervisor from the team, she assured me that everything will be up to my satisfaction and with no delays. Definitely grateful for her professionalism and support throughout the entire process. The actual garage door was installed and serviced by Mike whom was extremely professional and made sure everything was done the way I wanted. Definitely happy with his service every time he came to my house. Out of all the companies that I worked with during my house remodel, Right Way Garage Doors is by far the most honest, responsive and reliable. If you want world class customer service, accountability and beautiful products, then Right Way Garage Doors is the way to go! Thank you again!

  Chris Swift was the technician from Right Way Garage Doors who brought frame and glass samples to my house to compare side by side with the front door and windows. He explained the options and comparisons very well. I had Right Way Garage Doors at my last house and was very happy with the wooden ‘carriage doors’. This house calls for aluminum frames and glass ! Thanks.
