Their team inspected the drain line, performed professional hydro jetting, removed the accumulated grease and debris, and thoroughly flushed the main sewer line. Afterward, they tested the system to confirm that everything was draining properly. The technicians were responsive, knowledgeable, and left the work area clean.   Friendly Services Plumbing did an excellent job on our whole-house repipe project. The scope of work included removing the old water lines, installing new hot and cold-water piping, reconnecting the plumbing fixtures, testing the water pressure, checking for leaks, and cleaning the work areas. The technicians were friendly , professional, knowledgeable, and kept us informed throughout the project. The work was completed efficiently, and our water pressure and plumbing system are now working much better. I highly recommend Friendly Services Plumbing to anyone looking for a reliable repipe plumber, whole-house repiping contractor, or professional plumbing company in the Bay Area.

  I hired the Friendly Plumbing Team to fix my mother’s dishwasher that was not draining properly and creating a leak above the sink. Alan came in on a Friday afternoon to troubleshoot the problem and the team provided an estimate the next day. I called back Monday morning to schedule the work that same day and they accommodated my schedule. Alan, the serviceman, arrived on time both for the appointment for estimate and the appointment for the repair work. The work was completed quickly and for both appointments he cleaned the area of the work. The work was done to my satisfaction and it did not exceed the estimate. I’m happy with the customer service and the repair work and would recommend them. Thank you Alan and the Friendly Plumbing Team!

  *** + * 3 stars for service and the 4th for encouragement. - Easy appointment - Timely service - Very good customer service and after care We had a toilet tank leak just before house guests were arriving. The front desk was very helpful. The technician however was not the best because The leak sprung again the next day. Customer service/front desk heard my concern and sent out another technician. There was a bit of a haggle about payment but it was resolved amicably. I'd suggest keeping an eye on your technicians to make sure they are good enough at their job. Good luck.
