  I called Facilities Plumbing & Drain in the morning after waking up to a kitchen faucet that was leaking out of control and getting worse. A real person answered my call and within a few hours they were at my house. They could have come sooner but I had a conference call I had to do! The problem was diagnosed, a new faucet purchased and installed within a few more hours. Friendly and professional service, my new go to plumbers!

  Facilities Plumbing sent Loni on a very short notice, and Loni came out promptly on a Saturday evening. He was very friendly and helpful, provided great customer service, and was able to not only clear my vertical cleanouts to unclog my kitchen and washing machine drains, but also cleaned out my dryer vent for a reasonable price. I greatly appreciate Loni’s expertise, experience and expeditious, effective assistance. Loni and Facilities Plumbing rock, and I highly recommend their services!

  Facilities has come out for our drain issues twice, and I highly recommend them. On the recent job Erick came out 40 minutes before the scheduled appointment and showed how knowledgeable he is in his work. Also very respectful of the home and friendly!

They gave me a fair quote for my underground pipe burst repair, and Robert’s team was dispatched immediately and worked diligently until the job was fully completed. What stood out most was Robert’s patience, expertise, and genuine concern for making sure the issue was resolved properly. Using advanced camera equipment, he quickly identified the exact location of the pipe burst and thoroughly explained the repair process. Robert was professional, transparent, and straightforward every step of the way. Although I paid a little more, the quality of work and peace of mind were absolutely worth it.
