Exceptional service. Picked up the phone quickly, answered quickly with a quote and then came out and got the job done in a very timely matter. Robert was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to and took the time to explain what was going to happen and then he made it happen. Highly recommend

been using Facilites for the large multifamily properties I have in San Francisco. Very responsive and saves us a ton of money on remediation by responding instantly to repairs.

If you need a reliable plumber, look no further. Project evaluated our ejector pump issues with great expertise and had a detailed quote over to us the exact same day. The crew that completed the work was incredibly friendly, professional, and took special care to keep our space clean while they worked. They went above and beyond by recommending a trusted reclamation team to complete the cleanup seamlessly. We had a great experience and won't hesitate to use them again

I called Facilities Plumbing & Drain in the morning after waking up to a kitchen faucet that was leaking out of control and getting worse. A real person answered my call and within a few hours they were at my house. They could have come sooner but I had a conference call I had to do! The problem was diagnosed, a new faucet purchased and installed within a few more hours. Friendly and professional service, my new go to plumbers!
