  Tech was great. My problem was the communication beforehand. I had originally had electrical work done and the follow up text said scheduling fire inspection. I thought it was to do with the previous work, but when tech showed I found out it was just my routine hvac maintenance

  . Bell Bros was having an incredible July special to clean out the main pipe. Thankfully they did same day service. A technician named David came out and did the job. He was quick, thorough and very polite. He also set me up for a free inspection the following day. Co worker Giovanni came the next day. He was so accommodating with my time slot. He inspected the main sewer line with the camera. He too was very informative in telling me what he found and showed me through the monitor why the main line clogs up every once in a while. Hey later, sent me an estimate of what it would take to fix it.

  David Valasques came for plumbing review. He discovered a slow draining sink in bathroom. He was able to fix by removing drain stopper. David did a thorough job of tests my other drains and plumbing fixtures. Annual plan is well worth the investment to have maintenance checks at my house. Five Stars.

  Carlos was a great electrical technician. Fixed the immediate issue, recommended a long term fix, we negotiated, got a price that worked for me. What made the experience great for me was he answered my questions with detail with a very calm and professional demeanor. Tell him he did an amazing job

  Giovanni Redodondo of the Hayward office was great today, communicated this expected arrival, fixed the plumbing problem efficiently and repaired related necessary work without needing any additional calls. He let me know when everything was done and how to maintain the fixture to maximize the life of it going forward. He was professional and had a welcoming generous personality. Love to have him help whenever we have a plumbing problem 7/13/26 Christopher Pogue was great today, very efficient in clearing a sewer main blockage that had resisted my efforts with a 25' snake, as his professional 50' snake from the cleanout got things flowing again. He was very professional and careful. after the main was cleared, one tub was still backed up and he helped snake the blockage from the tub as well. Helped me see how to do the cleanout more effectively. Friendly and thorough. Another great job from Bell Brothers!
