  We built our house in 2001, and we’ve needed stucco work and plaster work several times: a leaking deck required plastering in a bathroom, and new stucco on the deck. Cracking in smooth stucco required redoing an outside wall. Recently, cracks in rough stucco walls were allowing water to leak into the house, so we replaced that with smooth stucco. All this required matching colors, taking care of plants, and scaffolding. We’ve always been pleased with Richartz’s promptness, professionalism, attention to color and details, careful protection of our property, and availability when problems arose. No one wants to need house repairs, but when we need help, we call Richartz. And, if you want to ask us questions about our stucco/plastering experience, Richartz can give you our contact info.
