- KWKevin WilliamsMay 13, 20261.0Had a gfi that would randomly trip. First electrician came out. Seemed confused. Replaced gfi without looking into anything else that was on that circuit. Continued to trip after this. I called and requested another electrician come out. They refused and sent the same electrician who came back, did not look into anything but found a staple on some wiring and removed it. GFI continued to trip. I call and they agree to send a third more experienced electrician who DID look at what else was on this gfi’s circuit and immediately found and solved the problem. He told that he didn’t know if I should be charged for previous visits because the first electrician did a poor job in diagnosing the issue and should have figured it out. I was charged full price for all three visits even though after the first failed attempt I requested a more experienced electrician and they refused. Wasted my time and money.
