We had a great experience with Baehr and would absolutely recommend them.
Their communication was excellent from start to finish, they were always on time, and everyone was professional and easy to work with. They explained everything clearly, made sure we understood all of our options, and answered all of our questions without making us feel rushed or pressured.
What really stood out was how helpful and honest they were. They went above and beyond to help us with the Go Green loan program, even though they weren’t directly part of that financing program. That meant a lot.
We also really appreciated Jay’s honesty. Our original quote included a list of recommended work, but after the HVAC was installed and running well, he told us one of those items wasn’t actually necessary and saved us money. That kind of integrity is hard to find.
They’re genuinely nice people, and our Hisense HVAC system works amazingly well. We’re very happy customers!

Jay Baer came out to look at a replacement quote and looked at the equipment and thought he could fix it. This was a German system that nobody wanted to try and fix. Jay jumped right in and in a couple hours had it fixed and simplified. I was looking at a replacement well over ten grand not to mention an extended period of no A/C . It's nice to know that there are people who can still fix things. I'm 100% satisfied.
Adam Davis was great! He was competent
and knew exactly what to do ,easing my concerns for my two HIVAC units. Thank you Adam …..and Baehr!

Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience with one technician employed with this company. I don't think this review represents the company itself, however, they have employed the wrong individual. We asked for better air flow to certain areas of our home and options on what we could do. Dampers were installed and an unnecessary duct was capped. After the install, the tech came out a couple times to fix an area that wasn't blowing air but he couldn't figure out why air wasn't blowing (said something must have fallen into the duct and was blocking it), and said that two ducts were fed from a second system (later found to be incorrect, which I knew, but he wouldn't accept anything I knew). We asked for certain ducts to be dampered, which he claimed he did (but he clearly didn't know how to determine which ducts were associated with which dampers). He also said our ducting was undersized and there wasn't anything else he could do (false) without major construction. He also promised to follow up with us via phone and never did.
Because we were skeptical of his work, we had another company come out. It was determined the dampers that were installed were idled down on the wrong ducts, completely shut off to some ducts, and wasn't the proper fix. The real problem was that our unit on the exterior had fallen away from the house and was returning exhausted air into the system, AND the vents inside the home weren't properly sealed and air was escaping underneath the house, especially when dampered, AND there were several ducts underneath the house that were leaking air, AND there was a duct to nowhere venting an interior wall cavity, AND loose ductwork. These were the foundations of our problem. To think "dampers" and insinuating, without saying aloud that the customer was wrong, "was the solution" is astonishing.
