  Power went out to almost half of house. My Long time handyman or his equally talented electrician friend could not come for a couple of days, they suggested I call around and get quoted since it was kind of urgent and I did not want to wait a couple of days for my friend in their experience they said it should not be more than $300. I called accurate they were nice and professional on the phone your guy was coming all the way out from El Monte to give me a quote he quoted me over $800 which is ridiculous I asked for a senior discount which they gave decreasing the amount by $90 I said they had to do better than that so they gave me a $25 company discount making a total bill $690. I understand I didn't need to say yes to the quote, but I needed it done,Which is still ridiculous in my opinion since it only took him about a half hour to fix, parts where only maybe 10 or $15 never heard of an electrician getting paid $1,380 an hour. I don't care how good they are. While I very much appreciate accurate coming out quickly and fixing the problem .what angers me is they took advantage of a situation of a dire need to get it fixed. Instead of wanting me as a future customer by being fair they screwed that up by having a bad business model, in my opinion

  Marco was great. He showed up when scheduled, and checked our A/C quickly and efficiently. He recommended some proactive maintenance and sent an email with the quote and requisite information to have the service completed. Thank you!

  Marco came out quickly and on time to inspect my furnace. He found the problem quickly and got it working again. He was friendly and professional. I will definitely call Accurate again for any future repairs or concerns

  I’ve been an Accurate Advantage member for a few years now, and recently had my annual AC system check completed before the summer temperatures hit. First, I’d like to thank Miss Anna for helping me schedule everything. I can sometimes be difficult to get a hold of by phone, but she was always very patient, understanding, and genuinely pleasant to speak with throughout the process. David was the technician who came out to inspect my HVAC system, and I truly appreciated how thorough and professional he was. After completing his diagnostics, he explained that my system wasn’t running optimally, and one of the main reasons was due to the original ductwork that was installed when the house was built back in 1993. I had a lot of questions, and David took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy for me to understand without making me feel overwhelmed. What stood out most to me was that he never once pressured me into purchasing anything or committing to repairs I wasn’t comfortable with — especially since replacing AC ductwork can be a major expense. After finally deciding to move forward with replacing the ducts, Eric and Daniel were the technicians who came out for the installation. Upon arrival, they introduced themselves, explained exactly what they would be doing, and gave me a clear idea of how long the process would take. They were amazing from start to finish. Before beginning any work, they placed protective mats from the front door all the way to the attic access opening to help keep the house clean and protected. It probably took them about an hour or so to remove the original ductwork, after which they left to properly dispose of the old material and returned with the new ducts for installation. Throughout the entire process, they were extremely respectful of my home. As they brought materials in and out, they made every effort not to create a mess, and if anything did get dirty, they cleaned as they worked — which was greatly appreciated. At the end of the day, once the installation was complete, Eric and Daniel took the time to walk me through all the work they had done and answered every question I had. I’ve honestly never had any issues with Accurate, and I’m extremely appreciative of David, Eric, and Daniel for all of their hard work, professionalism, and honesty throughout this entire experience. Highly recommend them.

  Martin was out at my home today and he flushed out my tankless water heater and he installed a new condensation drain line for my tankless water heater. Martin did a fabulous job and I highly recommend him in the future. Thank you, Acura plumbing.
