  This has by far been the most helpful company. Not only were they quick to respond, they communicated every step, followed up with me throughout the project, were prompt, efficient, clean and respectful. The best people and amazing crews.

  Joel was thorough and deliberate when running tests, explaining the potential work to be done and providing a detailed estimate. Unfortunately, the price point didn’t work out for me to use their services but the customer service was top notch

  Joel was excellent to work with. He communicated clearly throughout the process, arrived when he said he would and took the time to explain what he was seeing and what the next steps would be. Dealing with water damage and potential mold issues can be stressful, but Joel made the process much easier by being responsive, professional and thorough. I especially appreciated his communication and willingness to answer questions without making me feel rushed. Overall, a very positive experience and I would recommend Joel and Restorerz to anyone dealing with a water damage or restoration issue.

  Initially, I want to add a ton of gratitude and appreciation for Christobal Romero a Project Manager for Restorerz Emergency Services. My current situation (water damage to my property) would not been where it is now without Christobal. He is super knowledgable and a true professional. And he helped me in so many ways with understanding the mitigation process.He exceeds five stars in my book! ****************************************************************** Eduardo Bobadilla and his team did a fantastic job with mitigating my inside garage wall for mold and water damage. This is when a pipe ruptured inside interior wall. My garage suffered water damage.The work they did was professional and detailed. Thanks! Derek Stewart
