  Wish I could put 6 stars. A week of no sink. Roto Rooer gave an estimate that was ridiculous. We were all stressed. Fernando came and was knowledgeable, professional, and he explained evening he was doing and gave all options. Another company gave us an estimate of literally 10 times what these guys did the job for. That's not an exaggeration. While other companies tried to take advantage of it desperate situation, Fernando and Drain Right just wanted to solve our problem. Thank you guys so much!

  Mauricio & Luka were both very professional, friendly and detailed in the A/C maintenance service they just provided for me. Really glad I found Drain Right, as these guys took the time to answer all my questions with thoughtful, detailed, expert advice and suggestions. They went the extra mile to really thoroughly clean my A/C condenser way better than other HVAC vendors have done in the past. Can't recommend this company enough!

  I will say we have noticed with time that it is so difficult to find professional, efficient, and competent Service providers. This was absolutely not the case with Drain Right and Marco and Mark. They were very attentive, transparent, respectful, and provided us with a fair price. We had some major work done in our piping and our dreams that resulted in a five digit bill, but felt very supported, and the work was done exceptionally, which can be very worrisome when that type of money is involved. We feel absolute confidence as a couple to not only recommend drain right to our friends, family and acquaintances, but we will continue to use them moving forward. We are looking to obtain an HVAC system at some point and will definitely be reaching out. Thank you team 💯🙏🏾

  The services by Angel were done with professionalism during the entire process and explained all of the questions I had clearly with replacing a tankless water heater. The company has as a whole was very responsive to emails and phone calls during the process, especially with Zakiyyah. Thank you. [Update - 5/7/26] Scheduled an HVAC tuneup and condenser unit clean and the professionalism by Mauricio and Luca, was a five star service. They were each very thorough in explaining all the details needed and was very informative. I have found drain right to be very customer service friendly throughout the multiple jobs. Thank you.

  Fernando Cisneros was our first technician who showed us excellent service and cared for us to get our plumbing sewer clog fix for us. He stayed very late on the first night . His company was good and fast. We called them and in two hours they showed up. Fernando cared about not making a mess because he layout drop clothes. He dress professional and wore boots covers. Fernando was helpful and clean up and he was polite and curious in why clog was still happening and he tried many different ways and got the clog fixed. We called another company that gave up on the drain and he never gave up. I give him 5 star service. He puts the customers first and cares about our needs. He was excellent worker.
