My AC in my high rise condo was not blowing cold air. I was able to get an appointment with them for the following day. They sent Mauricio and Nick today to check on it. They ran some tests and were able to figure out what was wrong with it and fixed the issue. They worked quick, clean, and were very professional. The price was also fair. Will definitely use them again if needed. Highly reccomended.

I had a kitchen sink clog (the only plumbing in my house left from 1960 - galvanized steel) that clogged. The Drain Right team came in and tried to clear it with standard methods and couldn't. They came back the next morning and cut the pipe and cleared it out. They were great to work with and provided multiple options from clearing the drain to replacing the necessary plumbing. I'm re-doing my kitchen soon so needed the less expensive option. The team (both the plumber and master plumber - Fernando & John) were very accommodating and knowledgeable. I know who will be plumbing my new kitchen now. Thanks guys!

Nery was courteous, professional and got my air conditioner running in no time! He showed up on time and quickly diagnosed the problem, which was a faulty capacitor. He had the parts on hand, installed it immediately and serviced the unit . My air was nice and cold before he left . And the price was reasonable. I’m very happy with the service!
I had a clogged bathroom sink that needed to be taken care of, so I called Drain Right, and they sent Marcos out to handle the job. I’m very glad they did.
From the moment Marcos arrived, he was professional, presentable, friendly, and clearly knowledgeable about what he was doing. He took the time to explain the issue and what needed to be done in a way that was easy to understand. He also explained the 30-day service guarantee and reassured me that if the issue came back, I could reach out to Drain Right.
The actual work was excellent. Marcos diagnosed the problem, cleared the clog, and had my sink working properly again in a very short amount of time. What impressed me just as much was how carefully he cleaned up afterward. The entire work area was left spotless—you honestly couldn’t tell that a plumber had just been working there.
That combination of professionalism, knowledge, efficiency, and respect for the customer’s home really stood out to me. I’m extremely satisfied with the service and would absolutely call Drain Right again if I need any of the services they offer.
