Joseph was exceptionally good. A very polite, well spoken young man that is such a welcome change from plumbers that I’ve dealt with before. He seemed very knowledgeable and efficient in how he worked and explained things very clearly. He tried very hard to run the snake all the way through but ran up against an obstruction that turns out is a broken clay pipe under the front lawn. I would not hesitate to recommend Joseph. Excellent service!!

Fernando was awesome. He’s very professional and I love how he took extra steps to wear the booties to keep my floors clean. He kept us informed along the way and was very prompt and on time for both visits. He unclogged my upstairs bathtub as promised. They honored my coupon with no hidden surprises; very honest.

Our daugther's AC in her condo stopped working. I submitted a request for AC service inpections on YELP.com and received 4 responses. Drain Right Services was the first to respond and Mauricio was at the condo within a couple hours. During his inspection he shared that the condo's HVAC was over 20 years old and at a minimum, needed a few critical parts to get in running again. Unfortunately, the HVAC needs to be replaced and I am waiting a quote from Mauricio's office.
Fernando C was great!!! He really helped us out and did above and beyond his duty, which was supposed to just be doing drain cleaning. He was great at problem solving and eager to do a good job for us, even pulling out roots visibly coming out of the pipe, which he found because the cleaning did not help our original issue which was slow flushing. He actually pulled up toilet to find out actual problem. We will eventually need to get pipe replaced which is a big and expensive undertaking but for now, he solved the immediate problem and did not give us a hard sell on the next step. I paid the advertised price from a voucher and that’s it. Trustworthy!

Originally I had booked an appointment to have my sink fixed as it was backed up and kept having issues with the tech not showing up at the times that hey were confirmed for my appointment. After two days of this I got frustrated and left a 1 star review. The owner Raymond quickly reached out to apologize and wanted to help resolve the issue. He sent his tech Abraham out early the next morning and he was able to fix the issues with my sink so quickly. Abraham was kind, professional and well knowledgeable about what he does. I received great costumer service and he did great work. I appreciate the owner taking time to reach out and correct the situation. Kudos to the owner and the company for making things right and putting customer satisfaction first. I will definitely be using Drain Right Services again and highly recommend them!
