My technician, Marcos, was amazing! Very personable & extremely knowledgeable. I explained to Marcos that I was suffering from a TBI at the moment, so I might have trouble following his explanations of the problem. But he explained everything to me in a way I would understand & didn't get too technical. If I need anything else done, I'm calling Drain Right & requesting Marcos. I know he'll get the job done & won't over complicate it. Thank you for employing people like him. I appreciate his work ethic.

On 6/18, we found out our water was leaking asked them to come and gave us estimate. The person names Abraham came to talk us about update the water pressure and smart valve (he said that home insurance required it or they would decline your insurance and dig the line to replace the copper pipes so the total came up to $15,000. We thought leaking is a trouble and need to be fixed. So Abraham told us to sign for the work order as well as pay the deposit at he beginning he said $1500 then changed to $1000. We had good faith and signed a check to him then he showed us the tablet with the statement especially with the cancellation policy which allowed us have three business day to cancel. Abraham told us next day at 8 o'clock he would come to work. After he left that night I thought it was too expensive plus we should get second quote. So the next morning, we called them and stopped them to come to work and immediately wrote an email ( as the policy said use writing email or letter or fax)on 6/19. The operator Maynard answered the phone call and gave me her email address and I found their website customer service email as well. So I wrote 2 emails to them for cancellation as well as the refund of the deposit within 10 days.(policy). I called on 6/22.Kim answered my call and confirm that they cancelled it already. Since 6/22 week I have been calling them for the refund of the deposit. The operator always got my information work order information and I expressed the refund.
Their response always say" Our people will contact with you". It because that I had to pay the other repair person. I needed my money back, so far they pushed me off but just got my information as well as before. I asked to talk to manager, they sent my call to an answering service operator. I checked my bank. They had got my money on 6/22 the last call today (6/29) Kim told me Rob would call me. None called. So I called back, James answered my call and want to push me to Abraham. I said Rob is the one I want to talk to because he is a supervisor. Now my money is still in their hand. What is their policy guarantee anything? They still kept my deposit for $1000. Is this a good business company doing things like that?

I found Drain Right through Yelp, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. The real star of the show is their service technician, Tony Huichan — a true professional who genuinely sets the bar for what great trade work looks like.
I brought Tony in to relocate my garbage disposal from a smaller, less functional sink to a larger, more practical one. He handled the job efficiently and with real expertise. But what impressed me most was what happened next: while he was there, he noticed the sink was draining slowly and went ahead and snaked it — at no additional charge That kind of honest, above-and-beyond service is rare, and it speaks volumes.
Tony is knowledgeable, straightforward, and refreshingly fair. No upsells, no games — just solid work at a fair price. He treats you like a neighbor, not a ticket number.
On a personal note, I learned that Tony also cares for his elderly, semi-dependent father. It's a small detail, but it told me everything I needed to know about his character. The same integrity and dedication he brings to his family clearly shows up in his work.

I needed some help with a leaking water heater. I called Drain Right. They picked up the phone immediately and they were professional and helpful. They scheduled a technician to come out within an hour!
Andreas V showed up on time. He was professional and super knowledgeable about solving my water heater problem. He showed up at 4:00 pm on a Friday. I thought it was a 2 hour fix. It ended up to be a 7 hour fix. He worked hard and efficiently the entire time! He explained the problem, showed me pictures of what was causing the issues, provided me with multiple options to resolve the issue, and was not pushy about making the biggest sale. Andreas' work was clean, professional, and well done.
The money I paid was more than I anticipated (isn't it always?!) - but it was well worth the money spent. I'm glad I called Drain Right. And I'm more glad that Andreas was my technician who solved my problem. Drain Right owners / management - Andreas was amazing! Please give this man a raise and a bonus!
