  Substandard WOrk & Is The Tackiest Plumbing I've ever seen. Moen Told me that the work was all Installed wrong & Incorrectly as there was a Multitude of problems with his plumbing. When I let Kevin know he refused to make any corrections & insisted he "Knows" more about plumbing thanTthe Manufacure refusing to repair his work-Follow the Design Plan & or Manufacures' Instruction Manual & plans That I presented & was printed from their website. He Failed to Complete the Work & also said the toilet drain was A problem and Refusedto send Pictures as I never had a problem with it yet he ripped it out w/out my consent and or telling me if it was an additional charge to fix it as he was hired to install the tub drain NOT the toilet etc So he added items that were not authorizedd to then Demanded Advance pay for work that was Never Done, Then came over in the middel of the Night banged on the door barged in and started Bulling My Husband to pay for the work that was Never Done as well as for the work that was done all wrong-incorrectely. He said to get it inspected as I told him I would yet he never pulled a permit. So I will get it inspected in the meantime he said he is puting a Mechanics lean on the property when a Contract was never signed as he never sent the bid as I said to do in writing before the work is and or was to be done. The raised the raid and sent an invoice aftr the work was wrongly done. I said I would and would pay him as soon as the work was done-completed and or passed inspection. He when and bswitched the price and never sent the pictures of the drain that he said was problematic etc and turned into a beligerant bully trespassing and we even have a video of him and his wife in front of the property scratching my husbands car on top of everything.
