  As a company whose primary focus is water heater installation and maintenance, I expected a much higher level of professionalism, urgency, and reliability especially considering the volume of positive reviews they advertise. Unfortunately, my experience was the complete opposite. I was repeatedly misled on timelines, communication was poor, and the process dragged on far longer than it should have. Parts took an unreasonable amount of time to source, and when it came time to discuss the estimate or get real answers, there was essentially nobody available who could actually help. For me, this isn’t about the money it’s about time, accountability, and action. It should not take over a week just to have someone inspect the issue, provide an estimate, and begin the repair process, especially when many other companies that handle far more than just water heaters are able to offer same-day service and immediate solutions. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend saving yourself the frustration and going with another company.

  The installation was good and passed inspection without issue. The only thing I would say is that we didn't know up front that we needed to call for the inspection. I had assumed Water Heater Warehouse did that. It worked out fine, but just could have been communicated better up front.

  Great service and very reasonably priced. The installation was quick and flawless and our installers ensured I understood the basic fundamentals of the new water heater. Highly recommend for your water heater needs

  The technicians arrived exactly on schedule and replaced the unit quickly. I was very impressed with how they kept the work area clean throughout the process.
