  I reached out initially for an oil spill on my car seat. I mentioned the oil spill multiple times. They said they would be able to help me out and put extra attention in that area. I also mentioned that the back upholstery might need to come off to clean the part where the seats fold and that there are wires. I asked to confirm if they are comfortable with that. Replied to me with "I'm sure we can take care of it even with wires". The owner told me in person they tried to get between the seats as much as possible (didn't bother with the back upholstery of the seat). After the seat dried, my sister went on a drive with me. Her jeans had some of the oil stain transferred. I checked with a tissue paper and none of it came off. It's still greasy and smelly. Left him a message and asked if he can take a look at it again with his team, but left me on read. For anyone considering this business, please be aware that their Terms and Conditions include a clause requiring you to agree not to leave negative reviews if unsatisfied. This type of clause is illegal under the Consumer Review Fairness Act (15 U.S.C. § 45b) and is void and unenforceable. Additionally, during our dispute, a refund was explicitly conditioned on removal of this review - also a violation of the same federal law. Document everything in writing if you use this service. Edit: Owner’s own public response confirms the affected area was only treated ‘to the extent safely accessible’ — his words, not mine — confirming the source of the spill was not fully reached.

  I had an amazing experience with Cesar and his team. From beginning to end, Cesar was extremely responsive, professional, and easy to communicate with. Any issues or concerns that I pointed out were addressed promptly without hesitation, which I really appreciated. He also gave me great suggestions and recommendations for the design on my car wrap and the final result turned out amazing, even better than I expected. You can tell he truly cares about the quality of his work and customer satisfaction. Pricing was also very reasonable for the level of service and attention to detail provided. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking for quality detailing or vinyl wrap work. I'll definitely be coming back in the future!

  Great little shop that did an excellent job on my Forester’s front windows in a timely manner. They had great customer service throughout all of our interactions too!

  I brought in my 2025 BMW 330i for paint correction, full front PPF, and ceramic tint, and the results exceeded expectations. The paint had heavy swirl marks from the previous owner, and they brought it back to better-than-new condition. They also replaced the old tint with high-quality ceramic tint and added PPF + coating, which has made the car much easier to maintain even though it’s parked outside. I’ve also trusted them with multiple other cars. They did a full satin black PPF wrap, ceramic coating, tint, and repainted wheels brushed silver on our 2024 Tesla Model S, which came out perfect. On our 2025 Mercedes-Maybach GLS 600, they did full body PPF, coating, and tint with great results. For our 2025 Mercedes-Benz G-Class G550, they added satin PPF over the factory black paint for protection. A large rock actually tore through the PPF while driving, but the paint underneath was completely untouched—which says everything about the quality of their work. Cesar made it easy to get it replaced within the same week. Overall, amazing quality, consistency, and service across every car. Definitely my go-to shop.

  Came to the detail clinic for a chrome delete on my Honda CRV. The customer service has been amazing and the guys at the shop are super cool. They went above and beyond and detailed my car. They provide a lot of Service and I will be back to get my wheels done and for them to detail my car.
