  Look elsewhere. Do not use this scamming company. We scheduled 5 units routine maintenance and coil cleaning, filter changes. One unit repairs. They lied about cleaning the units, nothing cleaned. They ordered and installed the wrong control board. They mis diagnosed all repairs needed and came up with excuse after excuse of why they couldn't get the units working. We were left paying a bill with nothing repaired or maintenance done as agreed. I really hope those is read by many and you look further to another company to do your work. These guys should lose their business license they are horrible.

  Recently, these guys came down to my home and gave me a horrible experience with their services. It was apparent how they were banking on me being a homeowner with no knowledge of adequate procedures in the HVAC industry. This company cuts corners, their admin and technicians are rude and unprofessional, and they will rip you off. I do not recommend this company. They want a quick buck off of you without doing their due diligence. We actually had to call another company out to fix the mistakes that these guys made on our system. If I could give them zero stars, I would.

  This company pulled it off again! I can’t express how genuine and hard working this company is to its clients. I called them to address my AC struggling to drop the home to a cooler temperature despite changing the filter. They responded and recognized the problem was a clogged compressor that sucked dog hair far into the system. While successfully cleaning out my home system, they also provided recommendations of purchasing compressor covers from any third party to reduce the ability for the dog hair to enter into the system. This is not the first time I have used their service. Each time, they arrived and did a thorough job inspecting the system and ensuring the right remedy before charging a fee.

  Excellent service. Technician was very knowledgeable, did a complete inspection, explained what needed to be done to keep the AC unit working properly. Very honest and provided excellent customer service.

  My AC went out in the middle of a heatwave. Technician Josh came out right away and he was great, however, it took almost 2 weeks to get the part that was needed. When the part finally arrived, it was installed quickly. But a couple days later something came loose and they had to come back and repair it. Josh made an effort to move things around and come as early as possible to get this done. He's been great and I rate him a 5/5. The part was expensive and the fact that it took a long time to get here is why my rating is only 3 stars. They said It's because it's a part from an old unit and it takes a while to get it from the manufacturer, so probably not One Hour's fault. They did give me a senior discount which I appreciated and they did not charge me for the 2nd repair. In general, I would use them again and will probably call them the annual HVAC tune-up.
