  This company pulled it off again! I can’t express how genuine and hard working this company is to its clients. I called them to address my AC struggling to drop the home to a cooler temperature despite changing the filter. They responded and recognized the problem was a clogged compressor that sucked dog hair far into the system. While successfully cleaning out my home system, they also provided recommendations of purchasing compressor covers from any third party to reduce the ability for the dog hair to enter into the system. This is not the first time I have used their service. Each time, they arrived and did a thorough job inspecting the system and ensuring the right remedy before charging a fee.

  Excellent service. Technician was very knowledgeable, did a complete inspection, explained what needed to be done to keep the AC unit working properly. Very honest and provided excellent customer service.

  Cody and Josh really helped out with our AC issue. Our fuse kept burning out because of a couple of factors. Cody and Josh were able to diagnose the problems and fixed them in a timely manner. Would highly recommend Cody and his team.

  My AC went out in the middle of a heatwave. Technician Josh came out right away and he was great, however, it took almost 2 weeks to get the part that was needed. When the part finally arrived, it was installed quickly. But a couple days later something came loose and they had to come back and repair it. Josh made an effort to move things around and come as early as possible to get this done. He's been great and I rate him a 5/5. The part was expensive and the fact that it took a long time to get here is why my rating is only 3 stars. They said It's because it's a part from an old unit and it takes a while to get it from the manufacturer, so probably not One Hour's fault. They did give me a senior discount which I appreciated and they did not charge me for the 2nd repair. In general, I would use them again and will probably call them the annual HVAC tune-up.

  Unparalleled customer service !!! Their team had a full schedule but made time to work my elderly parents into the schedule. Cody provided good troubleshooting and communicated clearly about our options . Thanks for being our hero….
