  I am so happy to have my AC working. Josh worked so darn hard to get it right, and all systems are go now. Took about 4 hours of hard, sweaty work. So glad I called One Hour heating and AC.

  Josh came out to diagnose the problems we were having with our AC. It wasn’t cooling off our home very fast. It took him no time to figure out what was wrong and fixed it and in no time we had cool air again. He was polite efficient and kind. Cody was also great helping me to trouble shoot the issue prior to Josh coming out. I give them 5 stars all the way. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thanks guys.

  I called One Hour Heat and Air to get an in home diagnosis on my HVAC system. I spoke with Cody who asked me to tell him details of the problem. After speaking to him, he thought it might be a simple fix and offered to check it out. He came out the next day and was able to quickly fix the problem. Cody was prompt, efficient, and didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need. I highly recommend him and will be calling for his service with any further issues. Thank you so much Cody!!!!

  Always struggled with finding a good company and good technician with AC. Not anymore. Cody was very helpful during the initial intake and appt setup. Josh was amazing. Very friendly, did the job, pricing was fair and overall a great experience. Will definetely be calling Josh and one hour heating and AC for all our AC needs. Highly recommend.

  My experience with One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning (owned by Cody Ferrel) was excellent. Cody was personally involved in the project that became a bit complicated, as he and the tech (Josh - who is excellent) suspected that there may be some arcing going on at the panel site. Once we determined where the electric issue was stemming from (capacitor), Cody and Josh proceeded with a thorough repair. Cody also went above and beyond to (a) secure the part needed and (b) work out pricing as the part which should have a 10+ year lifespan was under warranty. Overall, great experience and I highly recommend One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning. Great job Cody and Josh!!
