  J.R. showed up in the time expected and methodically went through a checklist, documenting everything (with metrics and photos) along the way, allowing me to shadow him so that I could learn and ask questions. I learned a lot about the bigger picture of our 10-year old unit and though we did not take the full recommend maintenance/repair list as a follow-up due to our budget, I have a good understanding of where our AC stands. J.R. is a kind, humble, forthright, and respectful man and because of this I can view the company favorably.

  He was great and informative. Glad to join your monthly plan. I even passed your information a long to a friend that also.got the tankless water heater last year. I told her of your $39 deal and monthly plan. She will be calling you. I told her to ask for Noah. He so very nice! Couldn't get info below to change. It was Tankless water heater cleaning.
