  Paul came out to give a estimate for a whole house re-pipe. He was very polite and thorough. He spent some time up in the attic and then in the rooms where new piping needed to be ran to. He answered all my questions honestly (I know because I have a construction Background). We ended up accepting Stedman's bid. Will review again after project is completed.

  Paul was pleasant, courteous, answered my questions and helped me feel comfortable with installing the hybrid electric heat pump water heater. The install was smooth and done on time.

  After three trips and $350 for a part replacement and no change to the water heater, we were told that the unit was old and needed to be replaced. It was the same age when they first saw it, so why the unnecessary repair? Would have preferred being told that from the inception rather than paying for repair that did nothing. Was told by the technician on the third trip out that the unit was old, and “you just can’t get parts for those anymore so it needs to be replaced,” as though I should’ve known that all along. Silly me.

  Highly recommend Stedmans for your plumbing needs. Paul came out and fixed our Rinnai. Very knowledgeable. Will definitely call them for our future needs

  Above and beyond. Great service! When I called, they got back to me within minutes and scheduled me in the next day. Super friendly staff. Junior helped with the repair and was very quick and had all the supplies needed to get the job done. They went above and beyond any plumber we have had in the past. They will be our “go-to” for every plumbing repair need. Highly recommend. Very grateful.
