  I had two patios installed at the same time and the process took quite awhile. had several issues but they did seem to fix best they could. Hired them to connect the two patios together with the lattice design (previous patios were solid cover) took forever to get started on project. The workers were ok, but they shorted me on material so the job is half finished, now they won't answer the phone, shop on Clinton is cleared out. won't return phone calls or emails, no forwarding address. Appears to have gone out of business now I have an uncompleted patio. Tried to text the sales rep, I can see he has read the texts but will not respond either.

  All these reviews are from years ago when owned by a previous owner. New Joe is a joke! Had a patio installed which was unfinished and company/ owner has ghosted me. I have paid them over 33k and now can’t even get a call back and if i do i get excuses after excuses. Since Joe can’t do his job right under the current contractors license they are transferring to one of his installers family company D’Pimental which will be that same shitty business. Don’t get trapped with this company. Read all the yelp reviews! They are still taking money for deposits and materials and now ghosting customers. The new address is 4010 n chestnut diagonal #102 if anyone needs to find them. Pictures of the work and it didn’t pass inspection and joe is not fixing anything

  They took $12,000 there months ago. No work done. Still have our money. Will not answer phone. Update. They sold the business. Looks like they took our money and ran. Crooks.

  Have not had a pleasant experience with this place. No contact. Impossible to get a hold of. Was told that someone would call me, but no one followed up. Couldn’t even leave a voicemail due to their voicemail box being full. Tried to show up in person and apparently they’ve moved. I believe they are now located at: 4010 N Chestnut Diagonal Unit #2 Fresno, CA 93726. I don’t know what’s going on here but definitely would not recommend!!!! 😡

  If I could leave zero stars, I would. I signed a contract with Patio Kings, a division of RFMC Construction, in April 2026 and paid a $420 deposit. I chose them because I wanted to support a local company, but the experience has been extremely disappointing. My issue is the lack of communication, follow-through, accountability, and oversight. From the beginning, I have had to chase updates, make repeated calls, and try to figure out who was responsible for my project. On June 19, I was told someone would contact me. No one called on June 22 or June 23. Since then, I have continued calling and emailing with little to no meaningful response. RFMC’s office routes calls through multiple phone options, but no one answers or returns calls. Patio Kings has been nowhere to be found, and RFMC has not taken ownership. In my opinion, this reflects a lack of oversight from the top down, including executive leadership, upper management, and project management. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Patio Kings or RFMC Construction. Document everything if you hire them.
