My A/C stopped working, I called in the morning and Celso was out the same day. It took him maybe 5 minutes to locate the issue and had it running in no time. Great customer service, will definitely use them again.

Rolando and Rob were fantastic! Very friendly and professional. They explained things well and listened to me and my concerns. They worked hard to take care of the issues and I feel great about the service they provided.

Luis and Damian are awesome and professional - they were able to navigate the delays and expodite the ordering of the necessary new parts and got our water heater fixed and dialed in less than four days (using a home warranty company, this is lightening fast!). Looking forward to a hot shower finally. Thanks again PR!

Kyle was outstanding, on time, cleared the first drain and then a second I didn’t know was there and has never been cleared in the past. I feel very confident about his work. Thank you.

Rodrigo was an amazing help. My AC hasn’t been checked on for over a year and the AC unit was just running, doing anything but charging me money. But Rodrigo came through and helped fixed the issue n my unit is cooling down my whole apartment. He was very informative and told me everything that caused the problem. He even educated me on the type of unit I have and gave me tips on keeping it cool all day without changing the temperature. I highly recommend him for any air conditioning problems you may have.
