  Unfortunately they are not what they used to be. Waited fot 2 weeks for an appointment for routine service on a AC service call. Technician said unit was too old he wouldn't service. What he didn't know was that the unit was recently replaced. They seem to just be in the sell you a new unit game. So sad. Be cautious.

  Alex Garcia was competent in our kitchen plumbing needs. He quickly identified the issues and informed us of many options. Very personably. We will be requesting him from now on. Having Lee’s Service plan has more than paid off!

  Kaedin did a great job explaining the condition and severity of my roof today. He took the time to walk me through everything in a clear and straightforward way, making sure I understood what the issues were and why they mattered. I appreciated how thorough he was in answering my questions and pointing out specific areas of concern. Overall, his explanation helped me feel more informed and confident about the next steps.

  Kevin was great! Very knowledgeable and explained everything was doing. He asked before he entered the house, made sure that he wore shoe covers to protect the floors. Let us know each step of the maintenance procedures prior to beginning. Great service! Thanks, Kevin!!

  We had a leak in our roof that needed immediate attention, and Lee's Roofing responded quickly (that is the only reason I am giving them 2 stars). I asked them to cut back our valleys while they were out fixing the leak. The crew that came out did a poor job on the valley cutbacks, and left a few cracked/broken tile during the leak repair. I provided pictures to the company, and they had another crew come back out to take care of correcting the valleys and cracked/broken tile. They made the valley cutbacks look better than they initially made them look, but they definitely could have done a better job than they did. They also left two broken tile in place without replacing them. I decided to fix the two tile on my own, since it was obvious that the crew wasn't interested in providing the best service possible. The price for the services was not cheap, but I didn't have much room to complain considering the immediate need at the time. I would not recommend Lee's.
