  I have used Lee's previously for a pair of new windows for my home and the process went great. When my ac went out a few weeks ago, naturally, I called them again. After looking over my ac, it was recommended to get a new unit due to bad coils and a bad compressor, which at the low end, cost 22k. No alternate solutions, no cleaning of the unit, just I need a new one. Fast forward a couple weeks (using swamp coolers and fans to cool our home), I asked another HVAC guy who happened to be at my work if he could provide a second opinion. They came out this morning, took 5 minutes to evaluate, found an issue with the motor and repaired it along with cleaning and inspecting the unit. Cost me 1k and now we have functioning ac again. I dont ever review anything, but this experience has me pissed off and disappointed. I dont know if Lee's as an organization pushes for full ac installations anytime they take a call or if maybe it was limited to the techs that came out. Either way, I am not impressed by this experience with Lee's and will not be doing business with them going forward.

  Bought a brand new A/C unit and had new duct work installed in September 2022. These guys were awesome! Quick to respond and even patched up the ceiling that had bee damaged by the old unit! Loved these guys so much I even started using them for plumbing! Not sure what has happened, but we started having issues with the A/C. and now, they are having to come out at least once per week to get it running (under warantee, thankfully), and it runs for a couple of days and quits again. The last two times I have asked to speak to managetget answers to why it keeps breaking down, and all I get is "I am sending the managers an email and one will reach out." But I have yet to here from anyone. I feel like a four year old $28,000 unit should not require twice a week repairs!

  Had someone come out to give me estimate on a fixing a simple leaking spigot. The estimate was almost $500. That's overkill. Don't recommend.
