  I bought a home that had an AC unit replaced in 2023. When it started having issues, I called Lees to come check it out. They told me the entire system needed to be replaced and quoted me $25,000. That immediately seemed off because I had replaced an AC at my previous home for $10,000. I decided to call Corcoran Heating and Air, the company I used before, for a second opinion. They inspected the unit and told me the issue was fixable, the part was still under warranty, and a full replacement would only cost around $8,500 if it were actually needed. Lees never mentioned the warranty at all and tried to sell me a $25k replacement on a 2022 unit that wasn’t even used until I moved in during 2024. They gave me the runaround and absolutely tried to take advantage of me. I would not recommend them.

  If I got give them 10 stars, I would. Had problems with my A/C not starting up/turning on. I had dealt with a few repair companies in my area. I wanted to try a new one and I am so glad I did. The tech showed up several minutes earlier than scheduled. I found that the tech Colton Blankenship really listened to what I had to say. He began checking things and reported what he found. Colton Blankenship gave me several options on fixing the problem. He listen to my request and put it in action. Problem was solved in a very short time. I hope Lee's Air, heating, plumbing knows what a great asset they have (Colton Blankenship). If you need any work with your A/C, I strongly suggest you try Lee's. Happy with cost, service, and the tech. This is coming from an owner of three businesses and lived in Pahrump for over 10 years.

  Israel showed up on time, communicated clearly through the repair process and was pleasant to work with and all staff provided good service. After the service was completed, I researched prices for the part replaced and when ordering direct from American Standard, it was $150. Total charged was $1800. Price quoted for complete tank replacement was $4000 (retail price for the same water heater is under $800). They do “flat rate” pricing, which omits cost breakdown. Great customer service, but they are wildly overcharging customers.

  My air conditioner conked-out on a day that was to be 105 degrees. Luckily, Lee's Air, came out to my house the same day in which I contacted them. The rep was fantastic; he checked my air conditioner unit and then explained my options. Since my unit was 30 years old, I decided to bite the bullet and get the best system available. The very next day, early in the morning a crew of workers showed up and went straight to work. Jonathan Pena and Eugenio S. explained each step they would take, how the work would be performed, and the timeline in which the work would be completed. Jonathan and Eugenio took exceptional care to complete the installation with the least amount of disruption to our family. They brought out two portable air conditioners to keep us comfortable while the work was being done, and the crew of workers all went about their work quickly and efficiently. They were all extremely polite and professional. All my questions were answered fully to my satisfaction, and I didn't have to wonder what was happening or why. The installation of the new unit, the construction and installation to allow for the capacity of the new air ducts, and the finish work and painting, were all done with the utmost care. I am thrilled with my new air conditioner. Worth every penny. In my opinion, Lee's Air is a fantastic company, and Jonathan and Eugenio are a credit to their profession. Thanks guys!

  Called Lee’s out on 6/28/26 to look at our AC unit because it was not cooling like it should. Unit is 11 years old and acted like it was low on Freon. Lees technician said we had a leaky evaporator and suggested replacing our entire system with a new unit for a cost of 20K or replace the evaporator and compressor for 15K. We were stunned since the unit is only 11 years old… We opted for a second opinion from another AC company. They came out found no leak and added Freon since pressure was a little low. The unit has been working fine now for over a month and has cooled efficiently during multiple days of use in 100+ temps. We are so glad we got a second opinion and cannot recommend Lee’s. Seems they want to sell new units to customers instead of repairing the existing units.
