  I contacted this company to inspect my malfunctioning water heater. The technician did not perform any tests and simply claimed that "the water heater was fried." After they installed a new water heater, it also failed to work until I had someone address the electrical problem. It was clear that the real issue was with the electrical system, not the water heater itself. They took $7,000 from us without providing any real service because they replaced a working system and all effort talk to the manager failed. I strongly advise against using this company.

  Very disappointing experience with Lee's Air. I was told my water heater had failed and that I needed a new heating and cooling system. In my opinion, I was led to spend nearly $7,000 on a replacement that did not address the actual problem. After the new system was installed, it still didn't work until another technician discovered that the actual issue was an electrical fault. I repeatedly requested to speak with a manager, filed a formal complaint, and made numerous follow-up calls, but my calls were never returned, the manager never contacted me, and I have yet to receive any response to my formal complaint. Based on my experience, I would advise others to proceed with caution.

  I recently had a roofing repair completed and, a few months later, a broken tile was brought to my attention. I contacted the company, and Favian Prado was quick to respond and take the matter seriously. He communicated clearly throughout the process, kept me updated, and made scheduling the inspection and repair easy. Most importantly, the company stood behind their work and resolved the issue without any hassle. It’s refreshing to work with someone who is professional, responsive, and committed to customer satisfaction. I appreciate Favian’s help and would not hesitate to work with him and the team again.   When I first met Favian, he was very cordial and knew his job very well. He explained everything about who he was and what his position was with the company Lee’s Roofing. He told me he would be in charge of all the workers and the job overall replacing my roof. All of his men were efficient in their job and when he told them to do something they did it which I really appreciated. The price for my roof in total was $51,767.31. They took all my Solar off of my roof tour, the roof off and replaced all of my roofing with 50 year composition shingles. I chose the charcoal Black and got all my facial replaced. They did a great job I would say to anyone looking for a new roof that Lee’s Roofing in Visalia or Fresno California is a very good company. They have my approval.   Called Lee's Air for a no-cool diagnostic on my rooftop packaged unit. Paid $99 for the visit. The tech went on the roof, came down, and told me the system needed full replacement in the low $20,000s citing rust, corrosion, and a failing compressor on a unit in a home built in 2017. After he left I noticed my Sensi thermostat was showing a black screen and repeatedly dropping WiFi, behavior it had never exhibited before his visit. When I called the company I was told the tech had disconnected a wire on my system to "prevent the blower from burning out." He never informed me he was going to do this. Never asked for authorization. Never mentioned it before he left. He modified my system without consent and left my house in June in Visalia with a partially disabled HVAC system without saying a word. They did send him back out the same day to reconnect it, which I appreciate. But the fact that a return visit was necessary to undo what he did without telling me is the whole problem. I have the entire visit documented on my home camera footage. Getting a second opinion before making any decisions. Would not recommend.
