I recently had the pleasure of working with Grandmark Service Company to address some long-overdue repairs on my 34-year-old home, including the air conditioning unit and roof. After gathering quotes from several companies, I was impressed by the professionalism and knowledge of their representatives. One person who truly stood out was McKay Bigler , main point of contact, from Grandmark Service. Additionally, he provided a detailed estimate for my aging AC unit, which I knew needed attention soon. McKay gave me various tiered options and explained everything thoroughly, assuring me that there was no pressure to make an immediate decision. He followed up as promised, checking in twice after our initial meeting.
Just before our scheduled repair, my AC unit failed completely—a day before we were expecting scorching temperatures. McKay graciously arranged for his team to bring me a portable AC unit, ensuring I had some relief while I made my decision. I truly appreciated his thoughtfulness and trust in providing the loaner, especially since I work from home.
The following morning, a dedicated crew of eight arrived bright and early to begin the work. Moy the repair lead, introduced his team, and I was impressed by their efficiency and teamwork. They tackled the roof repairs and the AC installation seamlessly, even using a crane for the new Bosch unit. The installation team worked diligently in the attic, widening the main vent and installing fire alarms and a new thermostat. They also installed new rain gutters.
The entire project, which started on June 9th and was completed by noon on June 11th, took just two and a half days. Throughout the process, I was consistently impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of everyone involved, including the repair lead Moises-Moy, and Miguel , Rob and David, Francisco with HVAC install, Alex, and Juan who replaced the rain gutter system. McKay, and office professionals Antonio, and Carmen checked in on me, providing updates along the way.
What truly set Grandmark apart was the transparency they offered. They emailed me photos and video clips of each stage of the work, allowing me to see the progress without having to go on the roof myself. I am incredibly grateful for their dedication and skill.
