  Jesse came out to service our A/C unit for the summer service. Such a wonderful technician. He really does a thorough job and explained about everything he serviced on our A/C did to my husband and I. Definitely will request Jesse for our next service.

  Technician Sue was polite, friendly and Professional. He provided an excellent maintenance service. He completed the required maintenance work in a timely and efficient manner. We were very pleased .

  Have been using them for AC/heat maintenance for two years and the guys who came out have been fantastic. Super thorough and helpful. Cleaned out the whole house fan filters from the attic as well as replaced the intake filters, and finally cleaned the AC unit. Appreciate the service.

  Excellent service. My Air Conditioning Unit stopped working on one of the hottest days of year. The service staff was fantastic in arranging for service the day that I called. Pam was excellent in communicating to me when the technician would be arriving. The technician, Cesar, was thorough and resolved the issue. He was extremely polite. Fortunately the part was under warranty so that there was no cost. Having purchased two Air Conditioning Units from Donald P. Dick throughout the years and having received their maintenance services, I would strongly recommend them for Air Conditioning Services.

  Our AC was constantly coming on + staying on for long periods of time. When I called I got an appointment quickly. The technician who came out listened so well, found a solution quickly. Measured the temperature reading throughout the house. He maintenanced our unit, changed filters, + suggested a new upgraded thermostat. This is so cool + high tech!! He was so kind, compassionate, + explained everything so well. We are so impressed with this company. We had a different tech come out several years ago + we were completely impressed with him as well! This company provides excellent service + hires the kindest technicians. We are so pleased + would love to work with the tech we had today going forward. I apologize I don’t remember your name but so impressed with your efficient, speedy, kind service! Highly recommend Donald P Dick!
