  Donald P. Dick continues to provide exceptional customer service. My AC quit working properly last night, I called their office this morning at 8:00am to make an appointment. By 10:15am Yia had already replaced the capacitor repairing the system. Yia was positive, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He did an outstanding job explaining to me what the capacitor did and how it caused the problem with the system. Yia's performance was 10 STAR!

  Donald P. Dick/ Mr Cool is a very good service company. My family has traded with Mr Cool for at least 25 years. Today I needed a capacitor replacement and service. The technician, Ivan, was extremely professional. I am grateful for all of the service I have received from this company. I highly recommend using Mr Cool for any HVAC needs.

  Yia was efficient and answered any questions I asked. He found the problem and then replaced the part. Then went through and checked vents to sure they were blowing cool air properly in the room. Explained what he did and why. They will be the company I call for heating system checkup this winter.
