Your employee did a great job. She was here right on time, she performed her task efficiently, and she was finished in a good amount of time. I am very grateful for her service. Best of all, no repairs were required.

Cesar arrived on time. I inquired what specific things he works on for this service and he explained everything very well. When he finished, he showed me photos of the unit and described the condition of the parts. Good job!

I have been serviced by Donald P Dick for about 20 years. Years ago, we had them set our system up with baffles making three zones, With thermostats for each zone. This recommendation they gave us was the smartest thing we ever did. It allows us to heat or cool only the portion of the house we are using. For many years, we had the same person coming to do our maintenance. He is now working in the office so I've had a new person the last couple of times Today Sue Vang did my Maintenance. He was on time quick and very friendly. I had several questions of him before he left, and he politely answered all of them. I love this company and the great service they provide.

Gilbert has provided consistently outstanding semi annual maintenance on my HVAC equipment for several years. Today, he once again delivered outstanding winter maintenance. Gilbert is unfailingly punctual, thoroughly knowledgeable and genuinely personable. His explanations are always specific, useful and easy to understand. Whenever I have a question, Gilbert offers a detailed and thoughtful response without hesitation. I greatly value his professionalism and reliability, and I look forward to his next visit in the spring.

I had an appt earlier today to help with my AC that was not cooling. Humberto was dedicated to diagnosing the issue and following up with a plan. I liked that he gave me options, support, and practical advice. I wish I would have went with them for the install of my current system but you live and learn I guess. Thank you Humberto and the rest of the staff at Donald P. Dick!
