Our technician, Yia, was great. He identified the problem right away, gave me the cost, and had the repair done-all in about 35 minutes. I love Donald P Dick. They have been doing our service 2x a year for easily 30 years.

I was so grateful my neighbor recommended me to Donald P. Dick Air conditioning. Bee, our tech is extremely helpful, thorough, and knowledgeable. It was my first time having a tech at my place. He was able to walk me through every step of the process, and took the time to answer any questions and concerns I had. Bee went above and beyond his duty, he even detected a gas leak, in which I am taking the necessary steps to get it taken cared of. THANK YOU. The pricing is also very affordable compared to other companies I have contacted. Bee did a great job. I’m truly grateful I contacted them and will continue to use them. I highly recommend them.

Having tried just about every air-conditioning company in Fresno, I can say with confidence that this one stands apart. My technician, Dervis, was exceptionally knowledgeable, genuinely passionate about his work, and courteous throughout the entire visit — it was clear he takes real pride in what he does. The company as a whole operates at a level of professionalism that’s hard to find, and the quality of service to matched it. After this experience, I won’t be going anywhere else.

Tech called to advise when he would arrive. Introduced himself, put booties on while I showed him where a/c was. Got right to work. Completed all inside work. Went outside to check and clean outside condenser. All good. Came back with receipt and work order. Love this maintenance program!

Apr 2 - called for service. Was told all service techs are on training. Was promised an 8:00 AM service appointment on April 3rd.
Apr 3 - at around 7:30 AM, I texted to remind the company that I am ready for my 8:00 AM service appointment. At past 8:00 AM, I was told the company is looking for available service personnel. At around 8:15 AM, a lady phoned to tell me the service person will be coming in 45 minutes. At around 9:20 AM, Jessie the technician came. He apologized for arriving late. He stated that the original technician assigned to do the work was suddenly unavailable. Jessie went to work on the problem right away. At 10:30 AM Jessie finished the job and assured me that he is certain he solved 90% of the problem. He also stated to call the company if any other problem arises in the future. Jessie was very thorough and worked steadily until the problem was resolved. I commend Jessie for doing a good job. I also thanked Joel Gatica for assisting in finding a service technician to do the repair job.
