  The turnaround time for service was super fast. They came within an hour of calling for service. Juan Haro was my tech, and he was super personable, friendly, and knowledgable. He got my garage door fixed less than an hour, And I was charged reasonable affordable, fair rates for parts, labor, diagnostics, and service. I would highly recommend Juan Harro and Central Valley Overhead Door to anyone in the local Fresno area. They are fantastic!

  Contacted Central Valley Overhead Door because the drive belt had worn out. Ordered the part, called & set an appt. Tech Juan Haro arrived as scheduled, completed the repair & maintenance service in a timely manner. He answered my questions regarding maintenance between yearly maintenance service. He was courteous & professional & did an excellent job.

  Paid Central Valley Overhead Door $2,000 up front on May 27, 2026 for a garage door job they did not finish. The crew came out, installed what they could, told us the window glass inserts still needed to be added, took full payment, and left. That was almost three months ago and the door is still incomplete. Since then we've called four times. Every call is a different person with no record of the job. First we were told the part was out of stock and had to be ordered. Then we were told someone was checking on it and would call us back — no call ever came. Twice we were told a tech would be out "next week." Nobody showed either time. For the last month it's been complete radio silence. They had no trouble invoicing us the same day they walked off the job. Getting them to come back and actually finish it has been impossible. If you hire them, do not pay in full until the work is genuinely done.

  Done in a timely manner and Luis that came out did an excellent job. Thank you Luis 👍🏼 Knowledgeable friendly and overall good experience. Will be calling them to come replace the motor and springs one day when they inevitably will need to be done but for now we are good 👍🏼
