  Eric was very professional with our bid. Pleasant man to deal with. Unfortunately the bid was on the high side. I will be calling Eric back to give me price to upgrade 3 other doors on our garage.

  Juan was helpful and understanding to what the situation was. He inspected it and told me that we needed a new machine since the mechanism wasn't working and I was honestly surprised on how much it was with all the stuff it comes with and decided to go with it. The day he came to install was quick he didn't take long. He even explained what to do if we have any problems with it and try out our garage before he left. Very friendly and helpful. Will be contacting them again if I come across another problem thank you guys.

  Juan Haro from Central Valley Overhead Door was incredibly helpful. He came out and repaired our door to get it operational for us while we wait for the new door we ordered to arrive. Having that temporary fix in place in the meantime is a huge help. Juan provided excellent, prompt service and was super helpful throughout the process. I highly recommend him and the team

  Dan was very nice and at the time said we should hear from him about the estimate of the Wayne Dalton door for our garage and never heard from him. Called again last week and the representative apologized and said she’d make it right and get back to me and as of today nothing. Oh! Before that, I called and that representative said something about a flag and thus thinking the case was closed. So, I just left another message now to see if someone gets back to me. Would like to give them a 5 star if they would come and replace my door as agreed after receiving an estimate.

  So I used their online tool which essentially had a direct employee call me to confirm and then scheduled me an appointment. My appointment was confirmed for a date and 4 hour window.. they even sent me a catalog to look over for the garages stating it would make the appointment run smoother. The day came ... I waited 4 hours and 30 minutes for a tech to arrive . 8am-12pm Moved all.meetings and appointments around to have NO ONE FROM THEIR COMPANY to ever show. That's bad business. My dad always taught me.. how someone treats YOUR time is going to be how THEY treat their service/ products... thank you Central Valley Overhead Doors.. I think I dodged a bullet.you showed me by standing me up that you don't care about customer service or rhe customer experience...at.all..!! 😒 👎🏾 Will never call you all for any service again. Your busy really bites.!!!
