My 24 year old door would not raise. Technician arrived within 6 hours of my call. Replaced both spring in 30 minutes. I could ask for better service. Price was as expected.
Eric was very up front and professional,
Took his measurements gathered info, and offered a few upgrades, and gave estimate.
Great cutomer srvice.
I have used Central valley door in the past and will use them again.

I contacted Central Valley Overhead Door t replace the belt on my Lift Master Garage Door Opener. My Technicians name was Juan Haro. He called me when he was 30 minutes out, once he arrived he went right to work. He replaced the belt, serviced and calibrated the opener and door hardware. I also had him inspect, service and calibrate my other Garage Door opener.
Juan is an experienced craftsman who knows his craft and a real asset to Central Valley Overhead Door. I will always contact Central Valley Overhead Door and request Juan when I need any work done on my garage doors.

I needed a replacement garage door seal and wanted to install vinyl trim to close the gaps in my door. Every part of this experience was great and easy. I called the number scheduled the appointment told them the door model and size. When Luis was on his way I got a text and then a phone call when they were about 10 mins out. Luis and his colleague were friendly, very knowledgeable and did a great job. They checked the door made some tweaks and oiled it up to make the door nice and smooth. Gave me the price for what I was wanting and when approved went to work. Would absolutely hire them again.

Zero stars. I called to get an estimate for replacing a garage door opener. I sent a picture of the Liftmaster unit I wanted. I was given a quote and told that the unit we had discussed was attached to my order. I was told someone would call to schedule an appointment. When that did not happen, I called again to do so. The first available appointment was three days later, so I waited. When the technician arrived, he said he did not have that unit but could upgrade us to one that had a belt and camera and was much better. However, that unit cost over $400 more than my original quote. What?! I do not appreciate the attempted bait and switch. When I called the office to complain, I was told that they would check with the technician and get back to me. But they never called back. Update: In the owner's response below, he says that he would "have gladly installed an upgraded motor for the same price." However, I was not given that offer--neither when the technician came to do the installation, nor when I called the office to complain. Again, I was told that they would check with the technician and then get back to me. Still waiting for that call back.
