  Robert did a troubleshoot for total loss of power on short notice. Clearly explained the issue and had the house back up with power quickly. They also provide a quote for long term fix which was accurate and reasonably priced. Highly recommend for any quick or emergency repairs.

  Robert was very professional and courteous. He was quite knowledgeable and listened patiently to the problems we were facing and suggested options and solutions for mitigating them. He did not try to upsell anything but provided practical advice and information. I would recommend him for an assessment of your electrical problems. Waiting for him to provide estimates for installing new main panel with meter and a SPAN subpanel.

  I was told and assured that it is a free estimate ( by Mr. Rajesh) since I was asking to get a quote on the phone based on the detailed description of the project that I gave them. I reconfirmed twice over the phone that the estimate is free. However, the technician came and did a physical inspection wand told me why they cannot do what I am asking (installing a sub-panel and an EV charger in the garage) and gave me a few options for installing an EV charger in the garage which was not appealing to me. The technician told me that I have to pay $248 which can be applied to the project cost of installing the EV charger. I told him that I was assured that it is a free estimate. He said that they don’t give free estimates and that his manager (Mr. Rajesh) who scheduled the appointment should have told me about the cost. I talked to his manager at which time his manager told me that they normally charge $99 for scheduling an appointment which he was waiving but assessing the project scope and giving an estimate would cost me $248 which I was never made aware of. Also, I got a few different quotes from other electricians and none of them charged me for giving a quote. I refused to pay and asked the technician to leave. After that, I did not got any quote from them which is fine since I made up my mind not to do business with Mr Sparky as I felt that were playing classic bait-and-switch with me.

  Robert completed the installation of my EV charger and I can confidently say that he is highly knowledgeable in his trade. As soon as he opened my sub panel, he immediately identified the issue and explained what was wrong. What impressed me most was his honesty and professionalism throughout the job. He was straightforward and did an excellent job.
