  I'm glad I chose Family Ties for my A/C repair and maintenance. My technician, Kyle S., was outstanding. From the moment he arrived, I could tell Kyle genuinely enjoys what he does. Even though it was a very hot day—especially working in the attic—he never complained. Instead, he joked that his wife pays to take spinning classes in a sauna, while he gets the heat as part of the job, so he looks at it as a benefit. That positive attitude really stood out. Kyle was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He's the kind of employee every company hopes to have. Family Ties is fortunate to have someone like Kyle representing their business!

  Mike Cortez was an Amazing technician. He was very professional and thorough when it came to explaining how our air conditioning system works and how he can properly maintenance it. He left our unit clean and ready for many more years of cool air. I truly appreciate his expertise and recommendations to keep my system working and I will be using his company for many years to come. I love how honest he is and I will recommend him to all my family and friends. Thank you Family Ties Air for sending a professional that knows his craft.

  Gerardo Chavez serviced our water heater which included draining the tank, checking water temp and pressure in the house, checking outside valve pressure etc... Gerardo was efficient, professional and honest. He explained the process thoroughly and made sure my concerns were addressed. Also, he has a very friendly demeanor; a must for good customer service. Thanks to Gerardo for his good service!

  I had an excellent experience with their technician Jacob Diaz. He was transparent, honest, and friendly which made the overwhelming need for a new system feel more manageable. He took the time to sit down with me and explain my system in a way that I could actually understand. He walked me through everything step by step, making sure I felt confident and informed rather than confused or rushed. He was very patient and open to all of my questions, answering each one thoroughly and respectfully. It is clear he is highly knowledgeable and truly cares about helping his customers understand what’s going on, not just fixing the problem and leaving. In addition, the company’s communication was outstanding. They sent a text ahead of time with a photo of my technician so I knew exactly who to expect, along with a way to track his arrival and receive an accurate ETA. That level of transparency and professionalism made this entire process feel smooth and stress-free.   David Moreno came to perform routine maintenance on our AC units. He was totally prepared and knew the history of past service. We’ve been with family plumbing for 20 years and trust their work and recommendations. While here, David checked the coils and noticed they had dirt and sap which had accumulated over the past three years. It was an extra charge, but the coils looked like new when he finished. Each worker from family plumbing has been courteous and professional and David was no exception. We recommend them to anyone who wants top notch service.
