He was on time, pleasant , and an all round absolute professional. He was very respectful of my home, answered all my questions clearly and unrushed. He had recommendations on how to proceed, however I never felt pressured or upsold on things I wasn’t asking for which is something I personally very much appreciate. I received my repair quote very quickly and will be contacting them this next week to schedule the repairs. Not sure of the work quality because it hasn’t been done yet or if the pricing is reasonable because I didn’t get any other quotes, but So far they have a permanent customer here with me!
