  I’m own a design and build business in Napa and exclusively use GE . The products are great quality (although I wish more options or paint ready unfinished cabinet option and more natural stones would be nice ) but what keeps me coming back to this store only is BONNIE ! She is not only an incredibly talented designer who thinks out of the box and is creative , she is also an excellent communicator and works endlessly to get details right and ensure customer satisfaction . I send people there all the time to see her ! I’ve now designed 6 plus spaces with her ! We absolutely love working with Bonnie and because of her amazing personality now also consider her a friend . She makes us feel good every time we walk in the door . The whole team there is wonderful and Bonnie is the icing on the cake! So glad to have your shop as our preferred partner !

  Emily was a Rockstar! She helped us design a beautiful kitchen, along w vanities for a few bathrooms. She took dozens of calls to help us decide and solve problems. Highly recommend Emily!

  The service here is very much lacking. I wandered around for 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. As I approached the counter a woman looks up from her phone and asked if I need any help. I tell her I'm looking to buy a condo that needs a total bathroom and kitchen redo and new flooring and I'm trying to get an idea of how much it would cost. She tells me she needs the measurements, " well, I can't just give you a price without the measurements." And she looks annoyed. She answers a couple of questions I have about countertops and flooring. But mostly her facial expression just looks annoyed like she just wants to go back to looking at her phone. They were very few customers and lots of staff wandering around ignoring me. Later, I find out that the woman who seemed annoyed with me was the manager. Very poor service. I was told their prices are great but I do not want to buy from them.
