  Vern and the guys went above and beyond. I’m very happy with the service and the price was extremely fair. If you’re looking to invest in a major upgrade to your outdoor space, I highly recommend New Dawn.

  LETS START OFF BY SAYING LOOK NO FURTHER IF YOUR LOOKING FOR A HIGH QUALITY ATTACHED PERGOLA…….He uses nothing but the best material in the industrie. He has a partnership with duraloom, witch is the best aluminum patio products that you can buy, he does not buy a crappy product and sell you a top notch product to gain financials, that’s not how his business works. From the time he came to my front door to the time the pergola was built him and his crew were nothing but amazing. They were very clean, courteous, and listen to every detail I wanted in my patio. They even offered to out my fans up for free, when I only payed for two pre wires, Vern told me to have the boxes on the patio and his crew would assemble and put up my fans. As Vern promised they were mounted very secure and worked flaulessly. He is very fair on pricing and lets you know exactly what your getting. He made sure everything I wanted I got! He is an amazing owner and has a very well trained crew that doesn’t look like they just walked out of labor ready, he takes care of his crew and you can tell, Johnny the lead forman was amazing and has been with him for over 20 years, and his second hand man is quite awaited away just like his forman. So if your looking for someone that has 50 plus years in the business, Vern at New Dawn Awnings is your man………:) TO TOP IT OFF THEY FINISHED A 30x12 patio in under 8 hrs……..:) THE CREW WAS NOTHING SHORT OF AMAZING!   First I will say, Vern and his guys were awesome. Second, If your reading this, just stop and call Vern. He came highly recommended by people I trust and I'm so pleased with my interaction with them that I'm 1000 percent confident in recommending them to you. Vern showed up when he said he would(impressive because I live out in the sticks and no one else ever showed up on time). He was honest, fair and easy to talk to, with a great price. No BS up selling, no trying to get you to buy more then you want. I enjoyed the quote process with Vern. His crew showed up early, they worked hard the whole time they were installing. They were respectful professionals, the entire time. They finished the entire job ahead of schedule and cleaned everything up. They even laughed at my dumb jokes. I'm so pleased with this company. Call them.
