So much experience, so incredibly knowledge, and they were great to work with and provide suggestions that led us to the perfect choice for our backyard and shade needs.   My patio cover was installed today and I can’t be happier. I already notice the inside of my house is cooler. The owner Vern was great to work with. He has a no pressure approach which I appreciate. He was responsive to my texts and personable. His crew arrived on time, treated the property with respect, and cleaned up after themselves. They worked great as a team and clearly enjoyed what they were doing … A few times I even heard them singing while they worked. I assume their love for what they do is a direct reflection of how Vern leads his company. I highly recommend New Dawn Awning!

  Vern and his crew were very knowledgeable and easy to work with. His workers were friendly and did a nice job. We got the insulated option with steel posts, and we are very happy with our patio cover. At first, we purchased ceiling fans from Amazon, which was a mistake. They were both broken in different ways. We ended up buying fans from Home Depot, which turned out much better. We also purchased shades from Costco. The company hung both the fans and the shades, and it was included in the price. It took them two days to install our patio cover, which is 36’ x 12’ and approximately 9’3” tall.

  This is the second time I used Vern and his team to install a patio cover in my now second house. The installation took one day! We had to coordinate with the pavers company to install the posts first but it was definitely worth the wait. Loving my patio cover and definitely recommend this company to anyone who is looking for quality!
