My toilet stopped flushing around 6 PM, and what I thought would be a simple DIY project quickly turned into a frustrating evening. I went to the store to buy the replacement part, got home, realized I needed a larger wrench, went back to the store, and still couldn't get the old fill valve removed. I called Roto-Rooter, but they canceled because the technician decided to go home. I then spent the next hour calling plumber after plumber, only to get AI answering services or companies that weren't interested in helping on a Saturday night. I finally called Straight Flush Plumbing around 9:30 PM, and Anthony was at my house within about 20 minutes. The repair itself took less than 10 minutes, but what stood out was the customer service. After a long and frustrating evening, it was refreshing to work with someone who was professional, responsive, and genuinely focused on helping. Anthony was knowledgeable, efficient, and easy to work with. More importantly, he treated me like a person, not just another service call. In a world where it's increasingly difficult to get a real person on the phone, that level of service stands out. Straight Flush Plumbing has earned my business going forward, and Anthony will be the first person I call or recommend whenever someone needs a plumber. Thank you for turning a stressful Saturday night into a quick and painless fix.
