- CPCharles Paddock4 days ago1.0I had an appointment today and the arrival time was between 1pm and 2 pm. At 2:00 no one showed so I called John to see if they were coming. John said the technician was working on a job and we were next in line. When no one arrived, I then called again at 3:30 to speak with John and the person who answered the phone said John would call be right back. The technician (Kona) then called me 30 minutes later (now close to 4:00) saying he was at least 1 hour from coming. I said waiting another hour was not acceptable and to cancel my job. Kona told me they were having issues with his current project. John then called me back saying generally the same thing. When I said I think I deserved a call telling me there were issues and the technician was running late he said that they got really busy and calling me slipped his mind. This made me feel very invaluable as a customer. I guess they do not mind me waiting 4 hours for a service I never got. The customer service I got today was totally unacceptable to me.
