Thought it would be easier to get all materials from one place even though the doors and windows were slightly higher $ than elsewhere. Lumber all good. Selection on other items needed not great and employees are rude and not knowledgeable when I went in to purchase additional products for our project. But the person who handles the doors and windows was literally the most unhelpful and uncommunicative person I’ve ever dealt with. So many revisions because he refused to pick up the phone and call me to discuss our needs and no response when one of the doors we ordered was not as we expected. I would never recommend this company for doors and windows for sure! Very unhappy with product and our experience with this store!

- DWDaniel WojciechowskiMar 11, 20261.0I spent over $5,000 with Dixie Line, and about 40 to 50% of the 2x2s they delivered on Friday were badly crowned and extremely hairy, and since we were already scheduled to work on the project over the weekend, returning them was not an option. I had to spend a day and a half sanding them down just to make them usable, which cost me extra labor and put me in a really bad position on the job, and after all of that, instead of doing what’s right and fair they offered was refunding the delivery charge, which doesn’t come close to covering the time and labor it took to fix their material. I just wanted them to cover the extra labor. I spent fixing their material. I’ll dispute 50% of my order with the bank
