  My system in Henderson, Nevada was 21 years old with (2) A/C units supplying cool air for a 2-story residential home. When I was notified by the renter that no cool air was available, several simple diagnostics pointed to the A/C units only rather than the controller, start contactor, or run capacitor. 3 service providers were called in to evaluate. Bouchey's was working on a neighbor's installation at the time so they offered to take a look (because they were just next door, no service call charge was ever used as others would have charged). Quickly they showed that it was operating, (start OK, Running OK), then took refrigerant pressure readings and conclusively showed no refrigerant in one unit, and very low pressure in the other. After a detailed discussion with the owner of the company (who was knowledgeable and patient in discussing alternatives, I decided that small leaks, probably in the evaporator cores in the attic, would only lose any refilled refrigerant in time. Also, the cost to evacuate, fill, and repressurize with the older refrigerant was very expensive only to see it leak out again in time. I made the decision to replace Both units (entire systems that included the heating unit as well). The owner came out to the site and performed a complete survey personally, to be sure the new units would fit, and check on the condition of the attic ducting, transitions, and conduits to verify form, fit, and function for the removal and reinstallation. They managed to schedule the entire replacement of both units in one day the following week along with removal of the old units and complete testing and diagnostics of the new installations. They were 2 - 3 thousand dollars BELOW what 2 other competitors wanted to charge. I find this contractor to be honest in his assessment, realistic, and competent at a competitive price.

  I highly recommend this wonderful family-owned business! They are honest, personable, and truly care about their customers. They took the time to answer all of my questions and never once made me feel intimidated or pressured. The entire crew did an amazing job installing my new AC unit. They were professional, efficient, extremely clean, and very respectful of my home. It’s refreshing to find a company you can genuinely trust. I couldn’t be happier with the experience and would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing AC service!

  We had our entire rooftop AC unit replaced by Bouchey’s, and we’re very happy with the outcome! Austin was quick to return calls, kept us updated throughout the process, and made sure any questions or concerns were addressed promptly. The technicians were professional, knowledgeable, and took pride in their work. When we had a small issue after the installation, they came back out right away to make it right! We’ll definitely be using Bouchey's for any future HVAC needs and will gladly recommend them to our friends, family, and fellow business owners 😄🙏🏽

  In the middle of a heatwave, after calling four other Google-listed HVAC companies—all with fancy phone systems, long hold times, and appointments a week out—Bouchey’s was, in every sense, a cool breeze to work with. Austin answered on the second ring, listened to my sob story, said he’d check the schedule, and promised to get right back to me. Minutes later, he texted that they could be there the very next afternoon. Done. I couldn’t be home, but my wife was. Greg and Spencer arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, ordered the needed part, and said they’d be back the following afternoon. Fast forward to today. Spencer just left, our house is gloriously air conditioned again, and I honestly can’t imagine receiving better service at a more reasonable price. Professional, responsive, honest, and exactly the kind of local company you hope to find.
