- MAManjula AravaAug 16, 20261.0Unacceptable Build Quality!!Major Issues with Beazer Homes I am extremely disappointed with the quality of construction and attention to detail from Beazer Homes. Buying a new construction home should mean getting a well-built space, but instead, I was handed a home full of sloppy craftsmanship and basic spatial design flaws. The specific issues in my home include: Crooked Windows and Inclined Walls: The structural finishing is noticeably off. Walls appear visibly inclined rather than straight, and windows are installed crooked, showing a severe lack of precision framing and quality control. Flawed Layout and Clearance: Interior doors are hung so improperly or designed so poorly that they swing directly into cabinet knobs, causing damage every time the door opens. Simple clearance measurements were completely overlooked. Subpar Workmanship & Lack of Oversight: Basic quality checks were clearly skipped before turnover. Finish work is rushed, uneven, and poorly executed throughout the home. Unresponsive Warranty Service: Getting Beazer to take accountability and fix these clear defects has been a frustrating process with endless delays and minimal follow-through. When you purchase a brand-new home, you expect straight walls, functioning doors, and professional installation. Beazer failed to deliver even basic construction standards. I strongly urge potential buyers to look elsewhere or hire a thorough independent inspector for every phase of construction.

All day long, residents have to listen to "bang bang bang bang bang bang". Jesus. It's beyond ridiculous. Clearly Beazer doesn't care about anything but the bottom line.
