  What a great experience. They make everything effortless and simple. Our instal was done quickly and they were flexible with a couple of changes that we requested. Everyone was super friendly and helpful as well. Matthew Mitchell was our rep and he came by multiple times to check in and make sure everyone was doing well - he even brought waters and snacks for the crew.

  Garrett explained things very clearly and answered all our questions. He came up with some ideas to increase the air flow at the other end of the house to where the air handler would sit which has always been problematic with our current HVAC system. He was right on time with our appointment and provided a quote on the spot before he left.

  He did a good job explaining things, and I was happy with the proposal. I am looking forward to the work to begin, and hoping that the work will be completed as promised. He was knowledgeable, calm, and patient. What I liked best was the comprehensive service offered in replacing our ac/furnace, water heater, and ensuring that our electrical component is compatible . I am hoping the service will be completed as promised without additional costs.

  Hadleigh was a pleasure to work with, and performed all the external troubleshooting steps very competently and with clear communications. He confirmed that the relevant circuit breaker would trip with excessive load, but couldn't find a loose connection that would explain the intermittent outages (which was clearly documented in the paperwork I gave him). However, the same can't be said for the back office, who misrepresented the application to me of Baker's outrageous $750 charge for a diagnosis if the problem is not related to Baker'sinstallation or materials. I was told by Amanda that she would get back to me yesterday after speaking to a supervisor about my specific situation, she failed to do that, and now I'm told that Baker will do no further work for me unless I pay the $750. This is no way for a competent business to treat a customer who spent more than $40,000 over two solar installations.

  Chris and Mike from Baker Electric came today to wash and clean our solar panels. Baker Electric installed our solar system so I am glad they were also the ones to clean them. Chris and Mike did an amazing job as evidenced by the before and after photos. The panels were quite dusty from the lack of rain here. Chris pointed out bird issues of nesting but he was able to solve the issue by a thorough cleaning and installing barriers at an additional cost. They cleaned up after they finished too. They used purified water so there are no streaks or residue on the panels. Solar retention should be improved too. Great job Chris and Mike and thank you Baker for adding this important service. I now have peace of mind that our panels are clean and working optimally! Chris also provided a report on their work with photos. Will have them back in 6-12 months!
