- GBGeoffrey Bonnycastle1 day ago5.0Turned out to be simply a blown fuse, but the technician found the problem quickly and had us up and running in no time.
- PDPaddins Dowling1 day ago5.0John did an excellent job fixing my shower unit. He arrived on time, worked efficiently, and explained everything clearly. Friendly, tidy, and highly recommended.
- NMNate McCaySep 30, 20265.0He arrived on the dot at the beginning of the scheduled window and was most pleasant. He was hooking up the water feed to a new refrigerator where there hadn't been one.
- KMKimberly McNarySep 21, 20265.0Darren was timely and thorough. Although the issue turned out to be minor he explained thoroughly how to prevent the problem and even how to self maintain our unit. They’re about $30 more for a service call but my now new go to.
- NLNico De LaurentiisSep 18, 20262.0Nico came to our house for a quote. He was in and out in less than 5 minutes, as opposed to everyone else who came and inspected the property in depth. He then sent a quote which was twice as much as everybody else, with no information about equipment brands, efficiency, etc. Also, they never responded to my emails and texts. Very unprofessional.
