  This is the second time we've had Chris Nelson out to the house for plumbing issues. This time was to install a water softener and to replace a pressure regulator valve. Chris is very efficient at his work and is pleasant to deal with. Highly recommend.

  Very disappointed with this experience. The technician never inspected the pipes or moved the washer/dryer to properly assess the source of the leak. Instead, he briefly looked through a small opening with a light and concluded that the appliance was the issue. I explained that the washer had not been used for two days since the previous leak. While I started the washer during the visit, no leak was observed at that time. Shortly after the technician left, the leak returned, and I was able to clearly see water coming from the wall and plumbing area. I contacted the company immediately, but the technician did not return. Instead, someone from another company was sent out. I paid $125 for a service call and expected a thorough inspection and accurate diagnosis. Based on what I observed after the technician left, I do not believe either was provided. I had a great experience with this company in the past, which makes this situation especially disappointing. In fact, I was considering purchasing a water filtration system through them, but after this experience, I will be taking my business elsewhere. I will not be using this company again.

  Eli was professional, friendly, and explained all the steps he was taking during his recent AC tune-up. Great service, would definitely recommend.

  David was personal and a great communicator during the service. He explained what was needed and what options he had and without pressure allowed me to make a decision on how to move forward, while providing recommendations based on his experience. I would recommend using this company for your service needs.

  John was great. He had helped us before and I requested him. He finished another job early and called to let me know he was available sooner. He took care of our problem in one visit and explained everything clearly.
