  I really don’t have enough time or vocabulary to say how appreciative I am for the experience and service that awaited me at Berger hardware. Thank you, Kathy! When someone is just naturally good at customer service and exceptionally knowledgeable in their profession, it’s a perfect recipe. Not only do you walk away more informed than when you started, but you walk away happier, with an overwhelming feeling of gratitude. Kathy was amazing and before I knew it, it was nearly a half hour past closing and she was still helping me like they just opened and my problems were her own. She saved me from myself and my inexperience on the subject several times which I can’t say enough about as her wisdom undoubtedly saved me significant time and money. It was a great reminder that not all lessons need to be learned the hard way. Anyway, I could go on, but I’m going to wrap it up by saying this is where you go when you care about what you’re putting in your home. This isn’t Home Depot where you could take the entire staffs knowledge on the subject and it wouldn’t amount to half of Kathy’s. They are specialist who know their industry and my kind of people!
