Pro: Selection
Con: Price and extremely RUDE staff. Today, I was there talking to this lady had a mask behind a glass and could not understand her at all. Then this customer skipped me and talked to her in Mandarin, and she helped him instead of me-- literally, I was mid sentence. Until.....I yelled. Only then did someone actually explain to me.... No they don't cut for you unless you pay someone to install onsite which is minimum $700 PLUS whatever slab you need.
So I went to a place in Vallejo which cut my budget in half with service that is LIGHT YEARS ahead. Just go somewhere else.

We went to tour the place there were several tiles and backsplashes we liked. So we picked one out and went to the salesperson to purchase, turns out it was discontinued not in stock. So we search more and find another one with a sign that in stock. We went to the salesperson and turns out that one’s discontinued too.. this happened 4 times total. Very frustrating, why do they have so much stuff out that you cannot order? We wasted two hours, this place is disorganized and I recommend not wasting your time here.

Went there to look at stone slabs, they had a few basic granite and maybe one marble, but they had way more selection of synthetic quartz and engineered stone. Disappointing selection of natural stone
Great resource for ideas and kitchen and bath remodeling materials (countertops, vanities, tile, flooring, hardware, etc.). Also generally very reasonable pricing. They do install counters, but unfortunately, they don't do demo, so you have to figure that out before they arrive.
