  I can’t recommend these guys enough! Our AC went out right when the heat started to pick up. I called One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning and they were able to get someone out quickly. The tech John who arrived was fantastic. Not only was he professional but he was incredibly knowledgeable. Instead of just swapping out parts and leaving, he took the time to actually educate me on what was going wrong. The unit is working great now! If you’re looking for a team that is honest, expert level give them a call!

  Tried our AC this weekend and it didn’t work. They had a technician come out the very next day for a diagnostic. I received a text notification and phone call when he was on his way. He found the issue, ordered the parts, and came back to finish the repair. Price is reasonable compared to other companies and everything is working great now. If you want a team that communicates well and shows up on time, give them a call! Highly recommend!

  Alfonso, Gabriel and his team were outstanding from start to finish. They were professional, honest, and very reasonably priced. The AC tune-up was done thoroughly, and they took the time to explain everything clearly without any pressure or upselling. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and made sure the system was running perfectly before leaving. The customer service was excellent throughout the entire process — responsive, courteous, and dependable. It’s hard to find companies this reliable these days, and I would definitely recommend Alfonso, Gabriel and his team to anyone needing AC maintenance or HVAC service.

  We recently had a heat pump installed and I can’t say enough good things about the entire experience—especially thanks to Rex and John, the installers, and the owner, Alfonso! From start to finish, Rex and John were professional, respectful, and incredibly detail-oriented. One thing that really stood out was how careful they were in our home—they laid down mats to protect our floors and made sure nothing got dirty during the installation. That level of care is rare and so appreciated. They worked efficiently, and when they were done, they cleaned up everything. You’d never even know work had been done—except now we have an amazing heat pump that works perfectly and saving us hundreds of dollars each month, literally! We also had so many questions about the system and they were very knowledgeable and answered all of them! Alfonso was just as impressive—honest, straightforward, and clearly someone who cares about his customers. Thanks to his guidance, we were also able to take advantage of a SMUD rebate and saved $3,000 on our unit, which made a huge difference. If you’re considering a heat pump, or receiving a new heating and air unit, I highly recommend this team. They truly went above and beyond!
