  My ac and furnace were 21 years old and finally went out. I knew the day to replace them was coming and i was dreading it. Alfonso sold me on his customer service. Every other company that i inquired with seemed too busy or multiple people had different answers to my questions with no explanation why they were different. Alfonso answered all my questions regarding the new installation and his answers all made sense. His employees were very personable. They showed up on time, got the job done earlier than expected, dealt with my chaos in the house with a smile (kids and dog), and even helped me install a gate around it so that my dog doesn't hike his leg on the new unit. Im finally cooled off and am a happy customer.

  My AC stopped blowing cold air. I was referred to One Hour by a friend. It was quick and easy to set up the appointment with plenty of options. John K. was very respectful and polite. He was very knowledgeable as he diagnosed the problem based on the description alone. The work was efficient as he finished the job in less than 30 mins. He fully explained the issue and gave me tips on preventive measures. I had a good experience and now have cold air. I would recommend their service to others.

  Henry showed up on time and was very professional when he showed up. He explained what he was doing throughout the visit to diagnose my AC unit. He was able to fix it and answered all my questions. I also want to thank the person who took my call this morning and was able to schedule for Henry to get to my house within 2hrs. She was also very courteous and professional. I highly recommend this family owned business who knows how to treat their customers the right way. Thank you!

  From the initial call to scheduling the appointment with Des and Henry (the service technician), the entire process was handled with great teamwork. They kept me informed with updates every step of the way. Henry arrived promptly and was very professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with.   One Hour will always be my #1 choice for HVAC needs. I've personally used their services as well as recommended them to my family and friends. Ramon came to fix my AC unit. Immediately he was very polite and asked me questions about my unit. I didn't know much , but he was informative about everything. I appreciate how he was punctual and thoughtful of my home (even wearing boot covers to keep my floors clean). They always provide knowledgeable information, are kind and polite, as well as affordable. Everyone I know who's used One Hours Services hasn't had any complaints. Overall great service, great employee interactions and best prices!
