  I was fortunate enough to find Joe and his company to resolve a solar install nightmare that the previous company was unable to complete to the point that i had to acquire a restraining order to never come back to our home. The previous installers did not install the system correctly and damaged our home by drilling through our living room wall and crawling in our attic and causing the ceiling to collapse as well as mounting the new panel through the siding without water proofing. Joe and his company came out and completed the install and corrected the system so we could obtain our permission to operate from PG&E. Joe and his crew are devoted to customer satisfaction as it is obvious in how they work. They call to confirm the days before, arrive promptly, are extremely courteous, work with a sense of humor. They leave the work site complely clean and even clean their wire strippings. Their work vehicles are incredibly equipped and organized. I have been a GC in California for 40 years and to find a reliable company such as JHP Electric is inspiring. I have forwarded them to resolve my client's issues as well and they complely resolved an install on an industrial location that had not worked since it was installed by a previous solar company. I recently contacted them to add an additional battery for our system to take advantage of our solar generation to carry us through the peak hours to cut our cost and dependency from PG&E.   I had Justin from JHP. And he was very transparent with all issues and ways to resolve them in a timely manner for Solar package. Solar was installed on schedule and any time I needed to make a call to Justin he answers or calls me back by days end.. So far so good with our Solar Panels and Tesla Power wall battery.

  We had an amazing experience with this company from start to finish! Justin and his team was incredibly professional, took the time to walk us through every step of the process, and made sure we felt confident in our decision. The installation was seamless, and we’re already seeing a noticeable difference in our energy bill. If you’re considering solar, look no further ,these are the people you want for the job.   Our increasing PG&E bill made it impossible not to choose solar. We met with three providers and ultimately chose Justin Juencke and the team at JHP Electric for a few reasons: 1. There was no hidden agenda or misinformation as was the experience with SunRun (which abruptly led to us discontinuing that conversation). 2. Justin’s fast response to questions and ability to provide digestible information while educating us about solar. 3. (Most importantly!) They were saving us the most money. Highly recommend this team. The panel design is visually appealing, equipment discreetly hidden and the install was seamless and well coordinated. We’re very happy and seeing a major reduction in our PG&E costs.

  Ever since day one, I had simple questions, JHP was able to answer every single one of them. No pressure but professionalism and there when you needed them. When I finally decided to do my solar, they were out inspecting within two days. When It came down to the financing, Justin came to my office and went over every single option I had. The option I thought was best for me Actually wasn’t, he explained why not and presented to me a different option that made a lot more sense. Saved me thousands of dollars and got many more panels. I referred JHP to many family members to do solar. 100% recommended. Justin and his team are the best. Once again, thanks guys.
