  I had a great experience with Drain Time Plumbing. I scheduled an estimate with their office and they sent Gabriel out to analyze my issue. Gabriel texted me to let me know he was on his way and when he would arrive at my home. When I answered the door he smiled and was very upbeat and positive. He also put shoe covers on to protect my floors. Gabriel was very knowledgeable, provided excellent customer service, and helped me resolve my plumbing issue promptly. Highly recommend!!!

  We called this company on a Sunday morning about a clog in the kitchen line. They were at the house an hour later. Got us working in no time. Checked under the house for leaks and provided photos. Reasonable price for a weekend emergency.

  DrainTime was simply amazing! My 13 year old hot water heater was slowing dying on a Wednesday. By Thursday afternoon I had no hot water. I googled “ best plumber for Hot water heater in Sacramento/Elk Grove area” , and DrainTime popped up. I called the number and left a message. Within minutes Brianna was texting, gathering information. In less than 2 hours, Tommy Angiano had called me and had arrived at my home, with a warm smile and a friendly and professional demeanor. Tommy has a way of making you feel like you are a VIP. Within 45 minutes he had arranged for the next day a new hot water installation. He selected a Bradford White HWH. My research told me that BW HWH is highly rated. When Friday came, 2 installers were at my home by 1000, prepared to do the job. And a job well done! I cannot say enough about the whole experience, as it was the most streamlined efficient process that I have ever experienced. Drain Time is one of a kind.

  they are absolutely the best. The property we needed emergency service was an Airbnb property, and this is a super busy season for us as well. they worked with our guests schedule avoided causing inconveniences for the guests and still got the job time on time with some unexpected issues and they also put all the pavers back. Everyone worked at the property all works very hard and very professional as well. Owners are very approachable and super understanding of the situation! I highly recommend them to everyone !

  I had a great experience with Drain Time Plumbing recently. My sewer pipe had clogged yet again and I knew it was time to bite the bullet and replace it. I called Drain Time and they had somebody out to clear the clog in about an hour! The technician was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and helpful. He assessed the situation and provided me with a very reasonable quote for replacing not only the sewer pipe but also the clean-out drain. He really went above and beyond to help me out. I was relieved that Drain Time works with a lender to provide financing and that process was seamless. The crew was out 2 days later to complete the job. It took 3 days (plus some clean up on the 4th day) due to the size and complexity but they hustled to get it done. It was hot too and I never heard one complaint. I’m very satisfied with the work done and will definitely use this company again.
