We had a problem with a broken piece of a nozzle stuck inside a pipe in our backyard hose where it connects to the main waterline. The water was splashing out nonstop so we had to turn it off to the whole house for an entire day! I called this company and was so glad when they could come by in about an hour! The guy came and quoted $1,400 to swap out the entire thing. My brother asked him for a fix, to get the broken part out, and he said, “If you want to just get the part out, call someone on Craigslist.” and then he left.
We found another plumbing company who came by and fixed it for us for $300. I would never call this company again.

"I had a fantastic experience with this company! Our water heater stopped working, and they came out right away to fix it. The technician was professional, polite, and explained the problem clearly. They had it up and running in no time, and we finally have hot water again! They also left the area spotless and charged a very fair price. It is hard to find an honest and reliable plumbing company, but these guys are the best. I highly recommend them!"

It day was almost 100 degrees out. The valve was located at the hottest spot of the house with sunlit bouncing off the wall with heat on his back and at his front. While extremely hot your employee scouted out the situation. Mentally calculated was he needed. Built the new piping connections. Attached it perfectly in place. A talent unlike I ever seen. All the while explaining how to do it. Gave me tips on pipe fitting that I greatly appreciated and thus made me realized that still could not do what he did. Thank you for sending this young man out. Extremely talented. Thank you for great work.

Our kitchen sink was clogged again so I was connected with several plumbing companies through yelp. A couple hours later, Adam reached out to offer an appt the same day. I had multiple companies reach out to me, but Drain Time Plumbing was the quickest on the draw. They were able to come out within the hour of speaking to them on the phone and was able to price match another company that was supposed to come out 3-5 hours later. Keith, our technician, arrived promptly, was courteous and respectfully put on shoe covers whenever he stepped foot into the house! This is bonus points in my books along with his punctuality! Shortly after completing some documents, Keith quickly got to work and successfully de-clogged our sink. Thank you Keith! He was also very knowledgeable about future projects I had and questions I had about water softener systems, RO systems and remodeling homes with galvanized pipes especially on older homes like ours. I still have a bit of research to do, but will consider this company for future potential projects. Thank you again Adam and Keith for making the process smooth and painless! These appointments can be intimidating due to the fear of potential increasing costs beyond the quote. There were so many companies out there that charged just to come out and only gave a starting cost with an unknown open ended final cost. You guys were honest and stuck to your word with your quote which I truly appreciated.

I called them out for a leak in the master bathroom tub, and from start to finish this was one of the worst service experiences I’ve had.
They were already two days late from the original scheduled appointment. The plumber cut an access panel to diagnose the leak, found the problem, then left to get a replacement faucet. The “repair” they installed was a sink faucet that filled my bathtub at a rate of about 2.5 gallons per hour. The plumber actually told me, “That’s how California wants to regulate bathtub fill rates.” That explanation was ridiculous.
After that, I decided to inspect the work myself. The access panel was held together with a random piece of wood supporting two flimsy white plastic panels. Before I even finished looking at it, the wood and both panels had already fallen off. The workmanship was careless and looked completely unprofessional.
They also ordered a part on Friday that was supposedly going to be delivered and installed on Wednesday. Wednesday came and went with no phone call. Instead, they showed up Thursday around 12:50 p.m., even though my appointment window was 8:00-10:00 a.m.
Friday night I finally used the tub, and everything seemed fine—until I noticed the carpet was completely soaked. I opened the access panel and found roughly 1/8 inch of standing water underneath the tub. I immediately called them back and texted photos. They sent another technician who couldn’t recreate the leak, but that doesn’t change the fact that there was water under my tub soaking the carpet.
The most unacceptable part of this entire experience happened later that night. At 9:15 p.m. on a Friday, Tommy, the owner, called me threatening to file a lien on the property if the bill wasn’t paid. This was after I had already spoken with another technician, Gabriel, who assured me they would continue working with me until the issue was resolved. Clearly that information was never communicated. To make matters worse, I rent this property. Payment isn’t even my responsibility—it’s between the property owner and the management company.
Instead of standing behind their work, they chose to threaten a customer before the problem was even resolved. That’s not how you run a business or treat people who trusted you to work in their home.
I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere. There are plenty of companies that show up on time, perform quality work, and treat their customers with respect. This company did none of those things.
