  Jennifer and Ashley made our home buying process a smooth and easy process. I have bought multiple homes with numerous agents and this was by far the best experience. They responded to me very fast any day of the week at all hours, even late at night. Even though we were hours away, we knew what was going on every week with our home. They provided pictures and kept us up to date on our home building process every step of the way. They even went above and beyond for us getting videos of certain things for contractor quotes and even came back to lock my home for me in the evening as i had forgotten. Side note: their lender partner, Universal lending was not as responsive and we decided to switch lenders. Despite it being late in the closing process, they made an exception to let us switch AND still gave us the incentive for originally going with their partner. I cannot express how grateful I was for their flexibility. We checked out several other builders and agents in the local area but Jennifer and Ashley were hands down the most organized, communicative and friendly. 5/5 stars here easy. I would easily recommend Risewell and their team to anybody in a heartbeat.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We couldn’t have asked for a better home buying experience! From the very beginning, the sales manager Katrina was incredibly kind, professional, knowledgeable, and answered our many questions. She guided us through every step of the process and truly made us feel cared for and supported. Her communication was outstanding, and she always took the time to explain everything so we felt confident throughout the journey. She genuinely cares about the families she helps, and it shows in everything she does. The quality of our new home is beautiful, and we couldn’t be happier with our decision. We prayed so much for this blessing, and we are so thankful to have had Katrina guiding us through the process. She helped make our dream of homeownership come true, and we are forever grateful. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares and goes above and beyond, we highly recommend working with Katrina and Risewell homes.

  Our purchase experience was excellent. One of the best part of this journey was the exceptional customer service provided by the team. Katrina in Sales was outstanding—she was knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely care about us throughout the entire process. She made sure all of our questions were answered and helped make what can be a stressful experience feel smooth and overall exciting. Katrina was ultimately the reason why we chose Risewell over other competitors due to her outstanding customer service. Shirley from Customer Care was also fantastic to work with. She was dedicated and responsive to ensuring any of our questions or issues were handled promptly. Her follow-through and commitment to customer satisfaction made us feel valued even after closing. Shirley was easygoing, fun to work with, and made us feel at home. Derek from Customer Care also was able to step in and assist during our final walk through. He took his time to check-in with us and made sure all our concerns were addressed. The Customer Care team is outstanding. William, the Superintendent, also demonstrated great attention to detail and stopped by multiple times to check-in with us to address any of our concerns. His professionalism and commitment to delivering a quality home were evident from start to finish. What we liked most about the experience was how customer-driven and attentive everyone was. The team consistently went above and beyond to make sure we felt informed, supported, and confident throughout the process. We honestly have very few complaints, and any minor concerns were addressed quickly and professionally. Overall, the experience exceeded all of our expectations and we are grateful for the outstanding service provided by Katrina, Shirley, Derek, and William. They are the best team for new home buyers to be working with!!!
