  Javier and Christian did a great job in cleaning my drain and kept the whole area clean during and after the job was completed. The clogged drain was not easy to clean and remove and we had to use advanced cleaning methods than the simple snake through the obstacle. Javier is very experienced plumber and took his time doing the job in a very professional manner. will definitely call him again for all my plumbing needs.

  Unfortunately I didn't get the chance to know the name of the man whom we had the pleasure of working with, but he was very knowledgeable and meticulous with his handiwork as he walked us through what's going on with the leak in our suite. Instead of just telling us what we need to do, he explained as to why it happened, what may possibly happen moving forward and the options available for us at the moment. Afterwards, he provided pictures and videos of him testing out the new faucet for us to have on top of letting us test it while he was still around. He was also very kind and patient throughout the whole time, which we really appreciate.

  Michael and the High Speed Rooter & Plumbing team were absolutely fantastic. He showed up on time, was incredibly patient in walking me through the entire inspection process, and was thorough and detailed in explaining his findings. He made a stressful situation much easier to deal with. Highly recommend! Will definitely be calling them again for any future plumbing needs!

  Spoke with Israel on Monday morning, and was able to get scheduled in the following Wednesday for a plumbing inspection! Israel was friendly, knowledgeable and kept it real! I had been in contact with multiple other plumbing company to inquire about an inspection and Israel asked extremely pertinent question about the property that no one else asked.   The technician, Kyle, was very professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy. We had a water leak from a shutoff valve and excessive water pressure due to a faulty regulator, which was causing some of the problems we’ve had in the past. He diagnosed the problem immediately, provided a solution and made the necessary repairs. His work is emasculate and left the area clean. Great technician and great service.
