  Christopher did a great job. On time like they said. I liked the fact that they didnt charge because it was the 4th of July. Christopher checked the toilet made sure the tub and sink where running good and not clogged up as well. He was in and out. Thank you for great service!

  Avoid High Speed Rooter & Plumbing. A technician inspected my sprinkler pipe to provide a quote and made the problem significantly worse. While attempting to tighten the joint, he peeled back the existing Teflon tape. This triggered an active spray. A manageable drip became an urgent leak requiring immediate repair. When I contacted the company, they refused to accept responsibility. They claimed the escalation would have happened anyway, even though the technician actively loosened the pipe and caused the spray. They then offered me a "discounted price" that was still over $100 more than a quote I received from another plumber. Be aware of these shady practices. They worsen existing issues to force you into immediate repairs. If you use this company, watch everything they do. Record the technicians and document every statement and action while they are on your property.

  It's never pleasant dealing with plumbing issue. What I thought was just a clogged drain turned into a huge issue of deteriorated old pipes. As horrible as the situation was, Henry and his boss, Israel, made things better. All things considered. They were both professional and nice people to deal with. They explained everything very clearly and were reasonable and considerate with their pricing. The work got done cleanly and quickly. Everything is working much better. We had to dig up our driveway and replace and reline the pipes all the way to the city mainline. They kept me in the loop all along the way and gave me photos and videos afterwards.

  I think High Speed Plumbing might actually be too accurate of a name! I called around 1:15, and they told me a technician would arrive between 2:30 and 4:00 PM. Somehow, Michael showed up around 2:15, I barely had time to wonder where my plunger was! Michael was friendly, professional, and got straight to work. He quickly diagnosed our clogged kitchen drain, cleared it in no time, and made sure everything was flowing perfectly before he left. He thoroughly tested everything, which gave me peace of mind. Fast, courteous, and efficient service from start to finish. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend High Speed Plumbing to anyone. Thanks, Michael, apricate it bro.

  I was very pleased with plumbing work by Hector from High Speed Rooter & Plumbing. I contacted their company and within hours I recieved an appointment for a quote on the plumbing work. He was very professional,clear and concise on the scope of the work that needed to be done, plus he took pictures. I had him contact my brother to explain the plumbing issues and how he planned to remedy the issue. We set ip an appointment for him to complete the work, it was done in one day and now I have my bathroom back. He fixed my sink, toilet and the plumbing pipes under that part of the bathroom. I was very pleased with this company and would use them again for any plumbing in the future. Thank you Hector.
