Had experience with HS Router for a previously stellar job. Operator took my call and got me scheduled for an appt within 2 hours. My tech Leo arrived even earlier than the 2 hour mark and ran a thorough inspection and basically told me nothing was wrong. That I could either replace a part for smoother operation or live with the issue with a slight workaround. I chose the latter and he didn’t push for anything, thanked me for choosing high speed router, and went on his way without charging me anything since no work was done. Super professional and can trust that they arent trying to nickel and dime you into an unnecessary job. Will def call again for future needs.

Except for how expensive this fix was for my budget, your company was remarkably quick to respond startingin the late afternoon on Friday just 1.5 hours after I called because my toilets were backing up at 3:30 pm. Your tech, Bradley, was so helpful and knowledgeable about what to do. He stayed with the project the entire 2.5 days of the work over Saturday and Sunday until 7:30 at night. The manager, Giovanni, was also personable and explained in more detail what he thought could be done. Bradley took charge of the work so many or your people were doing and knew about all of it. He was amazing and worked very hard to get me back in operation. Your company was a blind pick when my own plumber did not respond to me panicked texts (he was at a Jazz festival up north). I did not get another estimate which maybe I should have done, but urgency was necessary and your company came through every day. In addition, the work you did came with a 25 year transferable guarantee which means a great deal to me. Thank you all for saving me from further panic.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot say enough good things about this plumbing company. After my grandma passed away, I was dealing with a lot emotionally and had enough on my plate already. They went above and beyond to help make a difficult situation just a little easier. From the very beginning, they were incredibly professional, courteous, respectful, and understanding. They treated me, my family and our home with genuine care and respect, and that meant more to me than they probably realize. They didn’t just come in, do a job, and leave — they took the time to make sure everything was done correctly and that I was comfortable with the work. The quality of their work was absolutely amazing. They were thorough, knowledgeable, clean, and professional from start to finish. It’s not often you come across a company that combines excellent workmanship with such genuine compassion and customer service. I am extremely grateful for everything they did and for the way they treated me during a very difficult time. If you need a plumbing company, **I highly recommend them**. They truly went above and beyond, and I would absolutely use them again. Thank you for not only doing an amazing job, but for showing kindness and understanding when I needed it most. It genuinely meant a lot to me. ❤️

I had a great experience with Henry from High Speed Rooter & Plumbing. There was a water pressure problem in the kitchen faucet. Henry quickly diagnosed the problem being trapped sediment. He even told me about a home remedy I could try before I went out to purchase a new faucet. Since the faucet was about 15 years old I decided to replace it. Henry had one on the truck but I wanted to research the different brands and so I went out shopping and came back with a new one. Henry came back the next day and replaced the old with the new. Henry is very polite and leaves the place clean when done with his work. I have added his name in my Plumber’s contact list.

  - I HIGHLY recommend High Speed Rooter & Plumbing. From beginning to end, they were hands down the best guys for this job. And this wasn’t t an easy fix as each issue had to be fixed along the way with really old sewage pipes. I am the kind of person that gets numerous quotes for any job that I do. - From the initial, customer service call with Alek, they were all super responsive. - Manny came out to scope our lines and give us great quote that included a warranty on the work - Very comprehensive service with competitive, fair & transparent pricing. - Cant thank Jesus enough for being the point man with great support from Bennie and the crew. - All the guys worked hard to do the job right and so professionally. I recommend them wholeheartedly, as I truly believe they will do right by the customer!
