I did have to leave a message and thought I would never hear back as it’s happened with many other places I called first. I received a call back within a couple of hours. The technician showed up on time and was very clean, knowledgeable, professional, and not pushy like other places I’ve used in the past trying to sell me memberships. He even gave me good notes on past work done which gave me peace of mind. Thank you Licke Air and staff. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend to friends and family.
