  Pishgam was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He made sure to explain everything he installed and how to keep up with maintenance on our new mini split. We had previously worked with west coast to do our hvac system inside our home so we decided to get estimate with them for our sunroom. Everyone we worked with was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this company.

  Excellent service from start to finish! I had West Coast Heating come out, and my technician Luis was fantastic — friendly, professional, and happy to wear shoe covers without hesitation. He clearly explained everything he was doing throughout the visit, which I really appreciated. At the end of the appointment, he walked me through a thorough summary of his work, including photos of the readings and things he found during the inspection. He also gave me honest recommendations on repairs, along with realistic timelines for when they should be addressed — no scare tactics, no pressure. The only thing mentioned was their maintenance plan, and it never felt like an upsell. Highly recommend West Coast Heating, and especially Luis, for anyone looking for trustworthy, transparent HVAC service!

  Just had a job completed with West Coast Heating and Air, and I simply wanted to express my profound gratitude for Robin working diligently throughout the ENTIRE DAY to troubleshoot an issue with my shower that finally was resolved. It would take too long to explain in this review, as it should focus solely on the quality of service and experience, so I will just say that Robin represented company with excellence. He was professional, thoughtful, and did everything possible to try and help problem solve my valve issue that was created prior to buying my new house. He also helped set me up with the solar team today, who gave me a highly competitive quote to disconnect and reconnect my solar panels for a roofing job, which for any solar owner knows, is the added expense when replacing a roof. Thank you Robin and West Coast Air!

  Not long ago, we found out that our whole HVAC system including ducts, had to be replaced, and called several San Diego companies for estimates. In addition to price, reputation, and great reviews, we chose West Coast Heating, Air and Solar due to Rocky‘s professional and thorough explanation of what our particular house needed. Oleksandr and his installation team were very professional, friendly, and finished earlier than expected. We made the right decision choosing West Coast Heating, Air and Solar for this investment.

  Had Sam and Robin from West Coast Heating Air Solar come out to diagnose an HVAC issue, and I couldn't be more impressed with their professionalism and friendliness. From the moment they arrived, both technicians were courteous, thorough, and took the time to clearly explain what they found and walk me through my options without any pressure. I also want to give a shoutout to their back office scheduling team — easy to work with and made the whole process seamless from start to finish. It's rare to get that kind of genuine customer service at every level. Highly recommend West Coast — and ask for Robin and Sam if you can!
