  I received the expert service that I have come to expect from West Coast.Yuriy and his partner showed up on time with everything they needed to complete our project. They kept us informed about the power outages that we should expect during the work. My wife works at home and she didn’t miss a beat ( she was hoping for a little break but it didn’t happen). They completed the project, took the time to explain and instruct me how everything operates. And they fully cleaned up before they left. I will always use West Coast. They are my utility company.

  West Coast Heating Air Solar (WCHAS) did an amazing job. I had a older AC unit that had some installation issues. I explained to him what I wanted to accomplish and the service representative they sent out Chary Ong, was amazing. He was willing to go the extra mile to keep the job in scope and accomplished everything I was looking to get done at a affordable price. I will never use anyone but WCHAS for my HVAC needs.

  Airat and Denys installed a heat pump water heater. They were very courteous, responsive, professional, and did an excellent job removing the old heater then connecting the new one. They fulfilled our expectations and cleaned up afterwards. Prior to the install Chary spent time troubleshooting what was determined to be a defective heater and explained my options. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. One thing I forgot to ask about was connecting the new heater to WiFi in the ICOMM app. It turned out to be fairly straightforward. I had to remove the control board front panel and scan the Device Serial Number. The scan would not work but I was able to manually enter it. Overall, I was very satisfied with their work. In the future I will recommend West Coast, Heating, and Solar.

  After servicing our air conditioning units and inspecting our heaters last week, we were unsurprisingly told some parts were worn in one unit. We were given bids to repair and asked for bid to replace the unit entirely. It was a no brainer to replace the 15-20 year old unit with a new one at a very reasonable cost. Today, within a weeks time, Glen, Mykola and Oleksander were out early and stayed late and installed our new heating unit in a very small attic crawlspace. They draped the entire area, answered all questions asked and went to work. From beginning inspection to work completion, West Coast was outstanding! After using many local larger companies to service our heating and air in the past, we feel we now have a professional, trustworthy, responsive heating and air company to service our needs. We will highly recommend them to our family and friends!

  I had a great experience with the team that came out to perform preventive maintenance on my AC. They were extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain what they were doing and why, which I really appreciated. It gave me confidence that everything was being handled properly. They were also very respectful of my home—putting on shoe covers before coming inside and making sure everything was clean when they finished. That level of attention to detail doesn’t go unnoticed. On top of that, they were friendly and easy to talk to, even taking a moment to interact with my dog, which says a lot about their overall attitude and professionalism. Overall, a smooth and positive experience. I’d definitely recommend them and would be happy to have them back for future maintenance.
