  West Coast Heating and Air just finished installing a new Trane Heat Pump system, replacing our water heater, and will also be installing our solar system soon. We have two family members who have used them and spoke highly of their company, and we’re so glad we tried them. Serhii, Max and Khirrol were the 3 technicians that did the install, and they all did a great job. They have excellent mechanical skills and were very nice and easy to work with. We highly recommend them if you’re looking for a good, honest contractor.

  West Coast Heating Air Solar Plumbing is my go-to whenever I have HVAC issues. I have a rental property and Tanner went above and beyond to get my AC going on a hot October day. My renter was very happy with his professionalism and knowledge. Tanner called me afterwards to share all his findings. I appreciated his thoroughness and letting me know his recommendations for the future. His recommendations seemed earnest and in my best interest, rather than just selling me more products.   ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Norberto of West Coast Heating and Air was great to work with. He arrived on time and was very polite and professional throughout the process, including during several calls to coordinate access to the house and follow up on the repair approval. He was very patient while we waited to hear back from the owner and got the approval. He also had the necessary parts readily available, so there was no unnecessary delay in getting the system fixed. Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant experience. I really appreciate his patience, professionalism, and efficiency. Highly recommend Norberto and the company.

  Our AC units haven't been cooling great and when the heat wave hit, fortunately for us, they were able to check it out the next day. Eric arrived on time and was very informative with what he was doing to troubleshoot the issue and thoroughly explained mini split AC maintenance. He also offered many helpful suggestions not related to our ACs which should reduce heat accumulation in the house. I would definitely work with them in the future.

  Considering were in a heat spell, thankfully they had a same-day appointment. All the other companies I called didn’t. The technician Uriel was quick and efficient and very friendly. He had good communication before his arrival. He even helped me fix a door that was coming off the hinges which he didn’t have to do. Super nice of him! He’s the main reason I'm giving this rating 5 stars plus the same-day appointment and having the capacitor on hand. The only downside is the markup for the capacitor. The exact capacitor I found on amazon was only $68. Especially since it only took the technician 5 minutes to install it which cost me $350 all said and done. I get they have a business to run and overhead expenses but still a 450% markup is crazy. I’m grateful though they had the capacitor on hand and fixed the problem very quickly. I would definitely use them again if I couldn’t find a company to install my own capacitor that I have on hand.
