  Great, Honest Service! Sam was fantastic. It turned out that my issue was simply a blown fuse, but he took the time to figure out exactly what was going on and get everything working again. More importantly, he spent quite a bit of time giving me really helpful advice about my system and explaining things I should know going forward and recommended some upgrades I will absolutely be making in the near future. I really appreciated how knowledgeable, honest, and straightforward he was. He could have easily made the problem seem much more complicated than it was, but instead he focused on actually helping me. That kind of service is hard to find. I would absolutely recommend Sam and West Coast Heating, Air & Solar and will definitely call them again when I need HVAC service.

  First experience with West Coast was after the company that installed my AC was unable to adjust to get air flow into our home office. WC tech did it in no time and showed me where prior company installed baffles incorrectly. Most recent was having them come out to a home I sold. Tenant complained AC not working. System was only two years old, installed by prior owner. I called the company that installed it and they were five weeks out. Called West Coast on Friday and they came the following Monday. Technician, Sam, spent a good hour to determine the issue was electrical. Not an HVAC problem. I called electrician and got issue fixed. The amazing part was, West Coast did not charge me for service call. Sam said “We Can't charge you if we can’t fix it”. I was happily blow away! Highly recommend West Coast Heating and Air.

  This company has improved all the way around and at first we didn't think the maintenance co tract was worth it but were we wrong! Look the people Inrhe feonr office are a Pleasure to deal like I just wanna call and talk tkt hen they are son sweet and kk d and professional. Now let's get to the technician. So their tech was delayed and the office notified me way ahead of the delay so I cousins easily deal with it great communications is a must these days way to go! So tanner gets out here and had just had them clean my coils and it had stopped the check valve stopped the system I had hit it with a compressor and it unclogged enough but the tech that showed explained what was going and how it Could have happened and sometimes things are beyond their control but the hammer out for free and fixed their work for free even though they did a great job of cleaning the coils it was piping clogged which wasn't a part of the deal but became part of the deal as they want their system to work. Tanner had all the right tools he used a co2 blaster and cleaned that system right away perfectly and put a cleaner in as well to Make sure and it's running so smooth way to west air way to hire the most courteous and Professional staff all the way around and we will always be getting the maintenance as we have used in and saved ourselves Serious issues later down the road thanks west air ! Totally worth it thanks tanner whata professional knowledgeable technician who handled business and was a pleasure to have over to my house. I wanna invite all Of their employees over for carne asada! Like this company has improved 100% I've the last few years great job west air great job tanner explaining to me everything so I could understand it and great job west air for hiring all these wonderful humans!

  Had a 2-zone Mitsubishi mini-split installed and couldn't be happier. I got several bids and West Coast came in with the best combination of price, current-generation equipment, and transparency — they were the only ones who itemized everything. Sean was responsive and patient through a genuinely complicated HOA architectural approval, pulling together the certificate of insurance, sound specs, and marked-up placement photos without me having to chase him. The crew was clean, professional, and the system works beautifully. Permits and everything were handled. Highly recommend.

  5/5 Stars! Highly Recommend Eric from West Coast Heating, Air, Solar & Plumbing! Eric just left my house, and I cannot say enough good things about him. I have never worked with the company so I was a tad anxious about how much the final bill was going to be, but he turned the entire experience into an absolute pleasure. Honestly, it felt less like a service call and more like having my own brother over to help me out. I literally will NEVER use another company or technician again. Eric arrived right on time and was instantly warm, engaging, and super friendly. He took the time to thoroughly evaluate both my indoor air handler and my outdoor unit, patiently answering all of my questions along the way. He even took pictures of my system to show me exactly what was going on, efficiently replacing my capacitor to get everything running beautifully. What I appreciated most was his total honesty. My HVAC unit is 21 years old, but Eric never tried to push or aggressively upsell me on buying a brand-new system. Because I was genuinely curious about lowering my electrical costs with a more efficient unit, he kindly sent over a replacement quote by email for me to look over at my own pace—zero pressure! He also offered a great 2x annual maintenance plan for a very fair price to keep my system safe. I paid in cash, which can sometimes be a hassle since technicians don’t usually carry change, but Eric willingly called his team to get approval for it, which I deeply appreciated. He was also incredibly relatable and so sweet with my doodle. I felt so completely comfortable and confident with Eric's honesty and professionalism that I didn't feel the need to hover over him at all while he worked. You can truly trust this guy in your home! To top off the amazing service, he proactively asked about my water heater and reminded me to get it flushed—something no other company has ever thought to mention to me. Good looking out, Eric! I offered him some drinks and sent him on his way with a Costco beef tamale lol to show my appreciation. Outstanding service from start to finish!!! I am admittedly as discerning as they come and am so grateful for Eric! Now, time to celebrate with some Handel's Ice Cream, as Eric recommended it. Haha. All jokes aside, I managed many employees in my lifetime and can ABSOLUTELY say Eric is an ASSET to the company!Cheers
