  I had such a wonderful experience with Perry Plumbing, specifically Julian and Fabian C. I was very impressed with the level of professionalism, knowledge and care that went into the walkthrough / evaluation. It did not feel rushed or salesy at all, just informative and helpful. They truly addressed all of my concerns/questions. They laid out all of my options for my old water heater. They also randomly found a tiny leak underneath my vanity sink from a past plumber's rushed work that I would not have otherwise caught. Lastly, they were able to problem solve and fix my built-in bathtub faucet with very minimal demo to surrounding area. They left the house in pristine condition. I would absolutely hire them again for any plumbing needs. Thank you for the reliable and trustworthy service!

  My tenant called me about the sewer backing up and needing help right away. I got in contact with Jake and told him about the problem. He immediately called Sergio and relayed all the information. The next day, Juan and Sergio were at the property, assessed the situation, came up with a plan, and gave me a very reasonable estimate. Repairs were done on the same day. My tenant then called me the next day to tell me that Juan and Sergio were very professional, friendly, and attentive and that the drains are better than they've ever been. A big thank you to Jake, Juan, and Sergio for taking care of me and my tenant!

  Not a customer but one of their drivers needs to be reviewed. 7:47 am 8/14/2026 Marshall Ave, El Cajon A Perry's Plumbing truck making a left hand turn cut in front of me on my Ebike. I was in the bike lane going 18 miles an hour and had to swerve into the main lane and brake to avoid impacting on the side of a Perry's Plumbing service truck.

  Perry Plumbing did an excellent job on my sewer line relining project in May 2023. The total cost was $12,245, and they did provide a senior discount, which I appreciated. They showed up promptly for the initial inspection, identified exactly which lines needed to be relined, and within a week had a full crew on-site to complete the work. They chose a perfect location for the new cleanouts — easy access and, most importantly, they avoided disturbing my 20‑year‑old, 6‑pronged, 20‑foot cactus. Throughout the project, the crew made every effort to keep my property clean, especially considering the black sewer gunk and the blue epoxy resin involved in the relining process. The original quote included a branch line off the main in the garage that was missed at first, but after a quick call to the project manager, the crew returned and relined it without any issues. All staff were professional, clearly identifiable in proper uniforms, and respectful of the property. The only minor issue was that resin got into the threads of one of the cleanout access points, and the screw‑in plug wouldn’t seat correctly. I requested a replacement plug, but one never arrived. Not a major problem — I just set a plug over the opening to keep critters and vapors out. Overall, communication was solid, the timeline was followed exactly as promised, and the job was completed to a very high standard. I would rate Perry Plumbing a 10 out of 10 for quality, professionalism, and project execution.

  Best office customer service, Best Plumbing technicians and Best Manager. Dealing with several different plumbing problems in a old shopping center is challenging. Perry Plumbing has a top notch staff to get the job done. The front customer service staff has the perfect technician to come out, analyze, estimate and recommend the needed repairs. The technicians are outstanding in their workmanship, knowledge, and expertise. They expedite the needed repairs. Technicians are also very helpful and friendly to work with. Best Manager that evaluates what was worked on completed and secures the plumbing needs are complete and 100%. The Best Plumbers in San Diego!!
