  Outstanding Service – Highly Recommend! Two weeks ago, our furnace kicked on for the first time this season but was only blowing cold air. We reached out to several well-known companies in the area, as well as John at On Point Heating and Air, who came highly recommended by a friend. It was no contest! From the very beginning, John stood out with his honesty and straightforward approach. We truly felt like we were getting the “family treatment” – no pushy up-selling or gimmicky sales tactics, just genuine care and professionalism.   I can't say enough to express my gratitude for this company. They were quick to respond, compassionate, fair, and honest. He isolated the problem and was able to repair my AC within 30-45 minutes. El Cajon is so fortunate to have them locally here. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!
