We have a long and steep driveway and he was able to back the truck down the long steep driveway and not only that but I had a small lawn tractor that was sticking out partially and he was able to maneuver around it. When he got to the pumping, he explained things so I understand the system better than I have for a long while. I will always call Modern Septic when it’s time to get our system pumped. So professional. A job so well done.

I requested quotes on Yelp for septic tank pumping service, and Modern Septic was quick to respond, professional, and provided a very competitive quote. I spoke with Leslie over the phone to book and she was so helpful and kind. Together we located the tank covers in my yard via Yelp messaged photos and texts. She then helped me schedule the techs to come out just a few days later. Today was the day, and although I was given a service window of 7-11am arrival time, I received a text at 6:40am saying they were on their way! Yay! The techs Luis and Peter (I think those were their names!) were professional, friendly, and answered all my questions. They even took the time to teach me about our tank size, how to troubleshoot potential issues, and how to maintain our system well. My experience with Modern Septic was wonderful. I highly recommend contacting them!
